My mother and I are from Guam and we came here to eat, since Palo Alto doesn't have an Outback. We ordered our food and a small hiccup was that I was given mashed potatoes instead of the baked potato. Cool whatever. No big deal. I told our waitress Jeanine, she apologized and came back with it. She said no charge. I was like wow ok. My mother and I had a small chit chat with her before we left. A few days later we just found out that our card was missing. We called the bank and asked what was the last transaction and they said it was at Outback. The same day, I drove back to Outback from Palo Alto and as I walked in, to my surprise, Jeanine was standing there. She immediately remembered who I was and she said yes, and the card was in the back. Her customer service and friendly attitude made everything easy and seamless. Plus, she remembers her customers, which is rare these days, which shows how much she takes pride in her work. If you get her as a waitress, tip her well!! Her professionalism and attitude show she can continue to grow even further. Jeanine, if you're reading this, thank you so much!!

This place is an embarrassment to the food service industry. Services have no sense of urgency or customer service. Servers chewing gum, wearing backward baseball hats, etc. Bar is not wiped down, smells and non existent service. Food is mediocre. Eminem banging out of the kitchen in the back. I guess the owners and managers don't really give a damn here. Do everyone a favor and shut this place down.

I was here back in the beginning of the month (August). The food was okay, however, this review is for the worker that took my phone call today. When I was there, I had a drink called the Jameson Cream Soda. It was one of the best drinks I've had in a while. I have been looking for the recipe (or a photo of the drink off the menu) for the last two weeks. I couldn't find it anywhere. Today I called, and the most wonderful staff member helped me. I didn't get her name, but if you're reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GETTING ME THE DRINK RECIPE! I honestly cannot tell you how much I appreciate it! I also would have never guessed there was lemonade in it Again, this review is for the service I received over the phone today. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Came for the seasonal drinks and left with a cute little platypus and egg. My toddler and I liked pouring the butterfly pea tea to change the color of the drink. Our food came out quickly which is great because my toddler was hungry. She especially loved the bread. I got a small steak and shrimp. I had come a few months before and my steak was well when I asked for medium. This time I asked for medium rare and it was medium which is what I originally wanted. Its probably hard getting a small steak cooked right compared to a thicker steak. Our server was great and kept checking on us. It was very packed on a Friday night too so keep that in mind if your going with a bigger group.

My fiancé and I visited on a Saturday for dinner. Thank goodness he decided to make a reservation an hour before because while we were waiting to be seated, we overheard the host telling walk-in customers that the wait was 1.5 hours. WILD! We both had not been to an Outback Steakhouse in YEARS. We both used to frequent the Campbell location when we were younger, but that location has since closed. We ordered the Blooming Onion ($12.49) for old times sake. Some things are better off living in your memories. This is one of them. I remember fighting over the Blooming Onion when I was younger with my siblings. My palate must have changed as I got older because I couldn't eat more than a few onion strings as it was extremely salty. I ordered from The Aussie 3-Course Meal ($14.99). I started with a Wedge Salad ($2.99 up charge), The Bloomin' Burger, a slice of Cheesecake, and a Dr. Pepper ($4.49). For $22.47 pre-tax, and with the plethora of new restaurants in the area, I will not be coming back to this place. I'm glad I came as I know I am not missing out on anything as an adult.

Maybe because it was a Tuesday, but service was quick. Hubby and I ordered the ribeye/shrimp combo for dinner since prime rib is only available Friday thru weekend so was disappointed but ribeye made up for it shrimp not so much(grilled and coconut shrimp. I got it medium and was perfect for me. Husband got his medium rare but seems more like medium as well. It was also nice and hot as other places steak comes to you warm. I got all upgraded sides asparagus and loaded mash. Both were disappointing. Asparagus was over cook and loaded mash had weird after taste. Son got the bloomin chicken and sirloin and said his sirloin was dry. We got blooming onion for appetizer so that never disappoints. Over all it's ok.

I really enjoyed my dinner at Outback! I tried the new Chimichurri Filet with Broccoli and Mac and Cheese as the sides. The steak was extremely tender and the sides were tasty as well. I wish the Mac and cheese was more cheesy, but that's my personal preference. Our waiter William was extremely attentive and friendly. He made sure we were doing well and we had everything we needed!

Had a really pleasant time eating dinner here with my wife. Food and service were excellent. We arrived to the restaurant around 5:00 PM on a Sunday. The wait for two was around 35-40 mins; we decided to sit at the bar and not wait. We were greeted by the bartenders who were friendly and attentive; even though they were very busy. I ordered the ribeye steak with a house salad. Everything came pretty quick and it was all delicious. By the time we had finished eating; they page my wife, letting her know that our table was ready. We were so glad we decided to eat at the bar. Overall everything was perfect and we were very satisfied with our meal. Looking forward to coming back.

I was here today on August 16.2025. my waitress is Jenna. party of 5. she only gave us 2 bread. we order 12 oz of ribeye. 6 oz was fat and tender...and all the steak don't look good at all. the prime rib doesn't look like prime rib at all. they probably microwave it. other steak is very Burnt on the top
