Service was terrible the guy in front of us didn't want jalapeño pickles, olives and she placed them on his sandwich and he noticed and told her no I said i want mostly everything except those items as soon as she pulls my mom she grabbed the sandwich angrily and proceeded to make it and grabs the pickles cross contaminating and jalapeños mixed in together places it on my mom's sandwich and I noticed and told her we didn't ask for jalapeno and that's when she realized she placed all toppings wrong and was upset throughout our entire order she didn't have a name tag and manager wasn't present never going back!

Don't come to the subway so bad I was asking for a refill for soda and they said no because they said the cup is garbage and I need to buy a new one and I said it's reusable. It doesn't make any sense. Don't come to the 1 star

Food: 5/5 shared a 6 inch whole wheat with turkey , chicken breast mozzarella green pepper toasted! Delicious. The staff is friendly, asked if we wanted the bread toasted and let us know about the limited discount deal for the day. Recommend this place! Located conveniently inside Great Mall so definitely stop by if you get hungry after shopping! Plenty of sitting areas too as it is located in food court.

I guess I had pretty customer service because the reviews here are pretty low. I watched the lady like a hawk as she made my sandwich and has no issues whatsoever. The line here was pretty long, and the mall itself was a mess today with dog poop everywhere, but overall my experience with this location was great. Got my foot long sandwich no problem. Overall, if you find something semi healthy at this food court, this is the place to go.

WOW! What happened to your sub rolls...they were so tiny! Wish I thought to take a picture. Got a Philly cheese steak with no add on fillings. It looked empty, sad and tasteless. It wasn't even worth the BOGO special. I miss the Subway on Serra Way...so sorry it closed.

It is another location that just reinforces my disgust with this franchise. An outing with my boys is always an enjoyable one, Lunch was the preference at the Great Mall, And my son chose Subway. His Favorite item is the Turkey Italiano Sandwich, That is listed for around 9$. I quickly learned that instead, The staff there, At least most of them , Couldn't understand, Let alone Speak English Fluently, And instead made a sandwich with pastrami, pepperoni and salami, My Son kept insisting to them that he wanted a "TURKEY ITALIANO", So they instead added 2 slices of Turkey to His sandwich and to my dismay, the 9$ sandwich, Was now 13$. I confronted them, and all they could say , "that it was not on the menu", Yet I tried to point out that I was looking at that same item straight away., I should of Thrown that sandwich back and got a refund, But instead I will just steer clear of Subway from now on.

If I could give this dump ZERO stars I would and without a second thought. The customer service is the WORST! The employees are rude and do not care about the customer. My son's favorite sandwich is a 6" Meatball Marinara. He was so excited to see that the Great Mall had a Subway. Now my son is severely disabled and when he gets that sandwich he requires a plate. Normally at other Subways we can buy an empty salad plate for $1. But this dump would not sell a salad plate unless we paid the full price for a salad. Also, they wanted to charge extra for a plastic fork & knife. Needless to say I cancelled the order. I walked across the way and got my son a spaghetti & meatball meal, he was thrilled and loved it! @subway #GreatMallSubwaySucks

The mall had just opened, so when we first walked up there was no one up front, so it was hard to tell if they were open. Typical Subway experience. Freshly made sandwiches with decent service.
