This Taco Bell is OK and probably better than average only because they make the food as ordered. Two stars removed because they never provide the specified number of sauce packets ordered. I asked for 11 they gave me 6. Definitely not enough for the three large items I purchased. This doesn't cut costs, it just cuts customers. Save your money go somewhere else.

They put an AI ordering system in drive through and it messes up orders and overcharges you. This is the second time it happened. I used to love this taco bell because it was super quick and team members were friendly. Today the lady working drive through at 5:34pm was super rude, rolled her eyes at me just because I asked for a soft taco that I ALREADY paid for? They forgot to put it in the bag. Instead of a simple "sorry about that" it was rolling eyes and nothing even said. The tacos I ordered too were made sloppy and barley any meat included.

I ordered the Catalina Burrito Box. Include: Chicken burrito Beef crunchy taco Chips n cheese Avocado salsa packet Medium drink Cashier: Tomasita It's rare you encounter someone who's really dedicated with their drive thru job at a fast food restaurant. Great service!

This Taco Bell is pretty solid. Nothing spectacular or over the top, but it's a reliable spot to swing through and grab some inexpensive fast food tacos. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a Starbucks drive thru. Great for a double drive thru situation. Highly recommend the new cantina chicken stuff. Definitely the best meat option Taco Bell is serving at the moment.

I'm a local customer who has been coming to this Taco Bell for quite some time now. After it reopened, I was hopeful for a better experience--but today was honestly one of the worst I've had. I work in the area and usually go through the drive-thru because I prefer not to go inside. Having worked in the fast food industry myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be--but that's still no excuse for the kind of disrespectful, careless service I received today. First, the employee at the drive-thru (a man with glasses, who I later found out is named Ivan Valenci) made me repeat my order multiple times. I asked politely for extra sauces and for the ingredients to be placed on the side. He gave me attitude and said he couldn't make changes because "the order was already placed"--even though I was still at the window, handing him the money. His tone, the way he looked at me, and his overall behavior were extremely unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he rudely replied, "I'm not giving you my name because you can't pronounce it." That felt not only disrespectful, but possibly racist--was he trying to mock my background? After this unpleasant exchange, I went inside the restaurant to speak with someone, but no one was even helping the customers waiting in line. The staff just stood around and stared. Eventually, the same employee came over and sarcastically asked if I "needed help." When I asked to speak with the manager, he said the manager wasn't there. I asked for a phone number to contact management, and he refused to give it. To make matters worse, I later found out from a friend that the same employee has treated them poorly as well. So this seems to be a recurring issue. If someone hates their job and doesn't want to deal with customers, they shouldn't be working in customer service--especially not at the front line of a fast-food chain. Taco Bell really needs to address this and train their employees on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. As of now, I won't be returning to this location.

I love taco bell but this location sucks now that I have ordered 3-4x different times and my orders are always wrong. I always prefer a grilled cheese burrito(beef) but they always give me steak which I don't like. And we ordered just today and my nacho fries had mold that my family have eaten and I automatically spit it out! so gross. I am gonna stop going to this location, just so upsetting

I used to rave about this particular Taco Bell, this has been my go-to for each and every craving. Unfortunately, the last few visits have been quite disappointing... Today for example: I placed a mobile order for a BEEFY MELT BURRITO [hold the nacho cheese & fiesta strips] & a BURRITO SUPREME. Pick us was easy. I opted to go through drive-thru and received my order fairly quickly. I was ecstatic that my request for extra sauce was followed [which doesn't always happen]. I start off with the beefy melt burrito first. Just like my other past experiences, the seasoned rice wasn't fresh. The grains were hard and dry in certain areas. Taste wasn't bad factoring in me being able to drench it with TB's mild sauce [my absolute fave!!!] The burrito supreme was the biggest disappointment. This was soggy, messy, and horribly unappetizing. Burrito Supreme. There was no seasoned beef provided and this was just soggy, messy, and unappetizing. The lettuce was wilted, there was an unnecessary amount of liquid sloshed inside, & worst of all, there wasn't a single piece of seasoned beef provided!! This was essentially lettuce, tomatoes, and beans mishmashed with random liquid. I managed a few bites and simple gave up. 1 star. Quality had gone downhill and that says a lot because this is TACO BELL, folks!! It's not like anyone has that large of an amount of expectations for this joint and even then the employees couldn't do the bare minimum. Ughhhhh, how frustrating!

Was craving Taco Bell for lunch today so I stopped by this one in Milpitas. The nacho sauce was piping hot and the chips were great. Unfortunately that's were the good part of the review ends. Everything looked really good and the quantity of the ingredients was also better than expected however the shells of my tacos tasted "way stale" and the food tasted off as well. It's almost as though the food was sitting pre made on a shelf. Unfortunately I can't recommend this location and I will not be back.
