The Ark Karaoke is my favorite KTV spot in the South Bay. I typically book on Resy, I've gone with medium sized groups to large/SVIP groups. Both offer a clean interior with space to sing. I'd say the large room is the most claustrophobic, because it involves two rows of couches with a narrow table in between for the refreshments (outside food and beverage are permitted). If you're trying to get out of the room to take a call or go to the restroom, it's rather awkward. If you're trying to look at the tablet to queue songs, it's rather awkward. However, this is probably the room I'd book the most since it fits the most people without being obscenely expensive (the SVIP room is huge, it even has a dance floor!). The workers are nice, the cleaning fee is rather tall at around $50 for the large room. You can request a water container with ice to be sent to your room! Service is nice, the selection of alcohol here is limited to beers and a handful of cocktails so I would definitely recommend doing a run prior to attending.

Came here twice in the last 2 weeks since we found this place, we booked the small room for both times. The sound system is great, so are their song selections - they have most of the songs we were looking for in various languages. Tried and loved one of their cocktails - Peach Bay Breeze, and we even asked for a low proof and they were able to accommodate (I'm a lightweight drinker). Only thing is they do add 18% cleaning fee on top of their hourly charges which adds up a lot if you do more than 2 hours. Because of the price we probably can't come by too often but definitely a good choice if we are in the mood for karaoke.

Came here after a wedding and honestly it's a super clean place ! Fits about 30 people I would say! There is a dance floor as well. I'm figure hungry they do serve bbq skewers that you can order from !

We are really upset for the service. Because we came for walk in. Then they say that we need to wait to 30minutes. Then suddenly they told us that no more vacancy. And we waited for so long for nothing!

DONT GO TO THIS KARAOKE! they will waste your time. they asked us to wait for 45 mins and they when we came back they said to wait a little bit more so we waited again for more than 30mins. then they told us.. "sorry it is not sure that we can accommodate you" they totally wasted our time.

This place just reopened and is work in progress. No food or drinks available yet. The song selections were good. You definitely want to book if you are looking for a room for more than 6 people. The control pad took a little bit to get use to. Overall a chill place.
