Another stunning element in Thomas Keller’s empire.   This one delivers on all fronts with excellent cocktails, delicious small plates and of course the delicious caviar that is the centerpiece here.  The live jazz brings a ton of energy to the space.   It’s a perfect place to start the night before heading to dinner.

Great food with live Jazz music! Absolutely an amazing experience!

The Uni Toast was the star of the night. A must try! Uni was so fresh and the toast was toasted perfectly. I would give it a 10stars if I could!

Romantic evening escape where the jazz & wine flow equally well… I reserved a table to celebrate the holidays and we weren’t shy about ordering. We thoroughly enjoyed the subtle nuances in flavor as we made our way through the flight of caviar. The “rare” caviar add on of course was the best.

My only let down is that I wished the server would have given a bit more guidance on our choices. We ended up with many dishes tasting incredibly similar (sour cream + potato + caviar) and felt a bit salt-heavy toward the end.

We devoured everything, including the simple dessert that easily showcased the produce being used.
