I love this Mendocino Farms in Fashion Island. Each time I visit it's always a pleasure, all staff including manager Cody give top notch service and always with a smile.Thank you for accommodating my picky parents who didn't like their original selection with the quinoa seeds. When we requested to change our order with something else, Cody didn't hesitate and offered to exchange it for something else. The lemon chicken soup did the trick! Mendocino Farms at Fashion Island is one of my favorite places to go--not only because the food is always spot-on, but because the people there make the whole experience special. On my very first visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Sanaii, and right away i could tell she was a standout. She greeted my wife and me with such warmth, her smile lit up the room, and she took the time to chat with us in a way that was so pleasant. She has excellent knowledge of the entire menu, and makes fantastic recommendations. Ever since that day, she's been the person we hope to see whenever we stop in for our weekly visit. I also want to give a shoutout to manager Cody, who clearly sets the tone with his positive leadership, and to Juliet B., whose kindness and helpfulness is equally appreciated. The food at Mendocino Farms speaks for itself (the Thai Mango Salad is my favorite item!), but the Fashion Island team--and especially Sanaii--are the reason we keep coming back. They turn a simple meal into a positive experience we always look forward to.

Mendocino Farms at Fashion Island has quickly become one of our favorite spots--not just for the amazing food, but because of the incredible team that makes every visit such a joy. From our very first visit, my husband and I were lucky enough to meet Sanaii, and we immediately knew she was someone special. She welcomed us with her beautiful smile, genuine kindness, and warm conversation that made us feel right at home. Since then, we've found ourselves looking forward to seeing her each week whenever our Mendo cravings kick in. This past Sunday, while placing our order, I asked Sanaii about her schedule for the coming week so that we could come in while she was working. I told her we'd see her Wednesday--and to our surprise and delight, when we arrived, she had put our names up on the "Fan of the Day" board! What a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made us feel so appreciated. A huge thank you to Sanaii for always going above and beyond to create such a personal and positive experience. We're also grateful to Cody, who leads the team with friendliness and energy, and to Juliet, whose kindness shines just as brightly. Mendocino Farms is already fantastic for the food, but the Fashion Island team--and especially Sanaii--truly elevate the experience. We're grateful for them and can't wait for our next visit!

Really like this Mendo location because the one that opened near me on Adams/Harbor is always, always packed and has tight parking. I usually stop by here if I'm doing yoga at Corepower. It's extremely spacious and clean. Lots of seats indoors and a nice, sunny patio outdoors. They have all-gender bathrooms and it never gets really crowded since most people order to-go. I've been ordering their Chicken & Hummus Crunch Wrap, which is so filling, I usually share a half. So it's good value for me:) I love the texture and freshness of it. The wrap never gets soggy and it isn't dry like most wraps can be. Farm Club and the "Not So Fried" Chicken are tried and true and the other classic sandos are always great too! Wish their rewards program allow you to earn points towards a coupon or free item.

Had an awesome experience here! The place is super clean and friendly staff! We got the chicken pesto caprese and a Cobb salad. The sandwich was delicious and flavorful and the salad was monsterous and so good. Also the price for these was $27 which is not bad! A huge salad and nice sandwich to start fuel a shopping spree!

Came here for lunch and they didn't disappoint! I got their new Baja green goddess salad with chicken. I would rate it 5/5! The salad had a Baja goddess dressing which was like cilantro lime ranch dressing. There was lots of chicken in the salad and topped with avocado. I really enjoyed the salad and there was so much food! I would definitely get this again. The service was quick and we got the food soon after ordering. They have outdoor patio as well for seating which was dog friendly.

First time having mendocinos, and I LOVED it. Casual sit down/fast food but HEALTHY. By far the best salad I have ever had: thai mango salad. The curry cous cous was also so good and surprised me. I loved these items so much I wouldnt even want to try anything else.
