This place was very cute inside but although it was virtually empty of other customers, our party of 4 was not greeted by either of the two employees, and the person who waited on us was not exactly friendly, just kind of there. I was very pleased with the fact that I could get a wide variety of drinks as decaf; and most drinks were offered as a hot or iced option. The OMG bar is to die for, and there are also some GF options. I wasn't completely satisfied with my caramel iced coffee, as the caramel seemed a little gritty. My husband's Vietnamese coffee was rich and creamy, though. If I am back in the area I'd pay another visit.

Unfortunately this review is only about service as the pastries and drinks from here are impeccable as always. Cute place and clean bathrooms. I work in customer service too, for many years now, and i understand about having bad days. I also understand that you cant always take a day off even when you need to. That being said, it is a very bad impression when the employees dont greet you and arent even halfway polite. The girl barely answered my husband's singular question and just stared at us when we came up to the register. No how are you, what can i get you, nothing. When the first drink was ordered, then she just stared at us again without a hint of wanting to know if we wanted to order something else. This happened after each item was ordered. Apparently the guy was about the same level of apathetic attitude as well since he was the one finishing up the order. Side note it was dead in there so can't even say it was because they were slammed. We weren't given forks for our 2 pastries and had to go back up and ask for it. They had water available on the side but no cups. When you feel that unwelcome, you dont want to ask for things that should be freely given. Please treat customers with basic manners even if you are having a bad day.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon. My girlfriend and I ordered a honey lavender latte, a matcha latte, french burrito crepe, an omelette, a chocolate almond croissant, and an apricot danish. The croissant was amazing, I would come back just to order this again. All the food was delicious. Only reason this gets 4 stars is for the service. An employee was taking people's numbers before they would get all the food in the order. So when additional food items would come out, the other employees wouldn't know where to take the food. It's a very minor inconvenience. Don't let this stop you from trying this place out! Would come back again.

Cute cafe with plenty of pastry and breakfast selections. Price was reasonable and loved the omelette! There was quite a bit of goat cheese but I enjoyed it! The bread was really good--crispy and flavorful! Great place to catch up with a friend. Although, the service for the breakfast food was quite slow. Would come back here again though!

First time here and what a fantastic and cute bakery! Our friend who lives in Huntington recommended Pandor to us as a place to grab bread and desserts to bring over for a lunch they were hosting for us. We chose a pain du chef baguette, a German chocolate cake slice, a coffee eclair, a pistachio eclair and a beautiful fruit tart. Service was quick and efficient. They even gave us a complimentary baguette for posting a Yelp review, which I do anyways for the new places we go to. Nice surprise. Everything looked delicious. Can't wait to try everything. Will update review after tasting! Update: the favorites were the eclairs and I also loved the frosting and layers on the German Chocolate cake. The baguette was also wonderful.

I've been to this place a couple of times and they have a great sandwich but today, I only ordered a drink and two pastries. Now that I'm almost finishing my drink, I feel something heavy and moving inside the cup. Something very weird, I opened it and there was a plastic milk thing in it. Definitely disappointed, and won't be going back. I don't think this is normal, I've never seen this inside a drink before.

I've been coming to Pandor for years, and I've already stopped by twice this month. Most recently, I came to pick up a multigrain baguette (which they still do better than anywhere else), a kouign amann, and a pain au raisin (large but not many raisins). Unfortunately, even though it was only around 11AM, the selection was already very limited (probably because it was Mother's Day). They were completely out of almond croissants and pain au chocolat, which was disappointing. I also noticed they've gotten rid of their gelato and seem to have rebranded, introducing a range of Middle Eastern pastries like baklava. It no longer feels like a traditional French bakery, which is what originally drew me in. Visually, the baked goods on display don't look as appetizing as they used to. To me, they're on the sweeter side and taste a bit stale, like they're not baked fresh. We've tried the chocolate chip cookie (okay) and the pistachio madeleine (artificial and heavy almond flavoring). We also tried several paninis for takeout: Le Parisien, Spicy Garlic Chicken (not good--odd flavor), Tuna Melt, and the Pesto Chicken (which made my stomach hurt later). The paninis are pretty small, and not very tasty. I'd recommend dining in if you do go, hopefully, the crepes and entrees taste much better. That said, I'll probably only return for the multigrain baguette and maybe the pain au chocolat (if they have any left).
