I was here yesterday 10/28/25 with my mom because she had the worst experience renting a car on the Enterprise on Ridge Route. She needed a car that worked unlike the one they put us in at the other location. I want to let everyone know that this is the best Enterprise Rent A Car rental. Especially Matt Nixon. He is kind, gracious, assisting to what we needed, understanding and everything one could ask for in customer service. He is the very best. Due to that this is our new Enterprise Car Rental that we will now go to especially because of Matt Nixon and I hope management or corrupt acknowledges what a fantastic employee they have.

Great customer service when they were clearly SO busy and shuffling to get cars; while I was waiting for a ride to airport. My own fault that I was running late and they handled it like a charm. Gotta love Enterprise associates! 7/22 5:00pm

When my wife drove into Enterprise's Campus Drive lot in Newport Beach to return the car we had rented, she found only one empty space marked "Car Return Only." She approached slowly, because there were cars in the two adjacent and not very wide spaces. When we talked to a staff person at the desk, he told us that the car had been damaged in the space by hitting a "lighting fixture." I saw a small dent and scratches in the corner of the front bumper. I photographed the space, after realizing what my wife had hit was not the lighting fixture but a large concrete pier that anchored a light pole in the parking space . There were no warning signs or markings concerning the pier, which was 18 inches wide and about 2 feet high. We didn't want to involve our insurance and opted instead to pay for the damage ourselves. I was asked to sign a form that I understood to mean we accepted some liability. But as I said to a staff person, it was clear that the pier was unmarked and would have been invisible to a driver, especially one worrying about cars in adjacent spaces, since it without the usual yellow stripe markings it would blend in with the concrete brick wall behind. The photo shows a car comfortably parked in an adjacent space (without a pier), and much closer to the curb and wall than the pier in our space. A previous customer had left a soda can on the pier, which makes it easy to gauge the pier's diameter: About 18 inches. We believe that the absence of any warning signs or markings on the pier or the wall mean that Enterprise shares liability for the damage. We expected to be out a couple of hundred dollars. But the "Damage Recovery" bill asks $975: Item Total Cost Amount Due Damage $625.90 Sublet $250.00 Admin Fees $100.00 Total Amount Due: $ 975.90 That is a ridiculous amount. Even the damage amount is way higher than is usual in my experience, and the extra Sublet and Administrative Fees are simply unexplained and undetailed. No information about who did the repair and whether Enterprises was in fact charged anything or paid anything. I called Damage Recovery and was told I had no recourse beyond contacting the Campus Drive branch, which I did. I was told a regional manager would call me back. He never did, in spite of my calling the branch back more than once. I accepted some liability and would have been happy to discuss a settlement. Now I have no intention of paying anything. I look forward to seeing these people in court.

Reggie who picked me up with their courtesy vehicle was SUPER DUPER AWESOME BLOSSOM Josh did an awesome job walking me through my car. Breezy was super helpful receiving me!! Tip: Great location right next to John Wayne airport SNA. Rent here and avoid all the airport charges!!!

The best service and best whips! I got in an accident and Lexi made sure to put me in a comparable car to my current car in the shop. The Maserati was new and immaculately clean. I was in and out in 15 minutes and didn't even have a reservation. Christian made the return process seamless and was super sweet. Thank you Enteprise for the great service!

The customer service agent on the phone named Henry was not very nice. However, I will say that the bigger issue is the radio does not work on my vehicle and I feel that should be checked during regular maintenance before pawning it off on another unsuspecting customer! Long hours no radio while driving! Plus I asked what can I do and they gave me two option locations to go and it is so inconvenient since it really puts me behind my schedule!

Great service at the Airport location in Orange County. I had reserved a luxury sedan and when I got there they were out . So, they gave me a suv for the same price. Also, very courteous when picking up and dropping it off . Will keep renting from Enterprise

Stay away from this location, the assistant manager is rude, he gives you blunt answers with no explanation, no alternatives, so you are forced to contact customer service. He is argumentative with you and doesn't like when you are leaving a complaint with customer service. So much that he will refuse you service because he overheard a phone complaint directed at him.

I recently had a car accident and my car was totaled. Mercury insurance covered it and sent me to enterprise for a car rental while I was waiting for a settlement offer. Although the daily reimbursement rate was not very high, the manager Christian fixed me up with a car at no extra cost to me. It was a lovely little Toyota Corolla. The agent who helped me was Victor and he was great. Everyone super helpful and professional. I highly recommend this agency.
