I've rented from Enterprise for many years, but the Campus Street location has been the tops in customer care. They are friendly, professional and helpful. I've never had to wait very long to pick up or drop off the rental car. Very positive experience.

Here I am strolling around my mid 30's, hitting that mid-life crisis a few years early... and I decided to rent a corvette for my birthday. This is two fold: 1) I wanted to rent it to see if I would like the car over the new C8 Mid Engine coming out and 2) It's my muh-f*cking birthday. First let me say that the only reason this is 4 stars, is because it seems enterprise's system/customer service links you to a "corporate" place to book your spot first, in which i experienced some of the WORST customer service ever. These people should NOT be behind the phone. When I did get through to the direct branch, the call was perfect, the gentlemen who set me up was perfect, and I reserved a 2019 stingray in minutes at a fair price. Got to the place around 4, and the guy who helped me was super cool. I had to wait a while because there was no one there to clean the car, and this guy cleaned the car. I know Enterprise is the jumping point for a lot of people who graduate college and not sure where to go (i had multiple friends do this route) So I know the young cats here are just go-getters. I love that about them; so I wasn't mad when I ended up waiting about 45 minutes for the car to get ready. Returned the car without a hitch. All around great service.

My husband and I have used this location three times- the first two times we had excellent service- overall we retained our rentals over the course of 3 months while our car was being repaired- My huge frustration- this rental location is supposed to be the premier rental division of Enterprise- the rep said he would rent us a Mercedes - he had it delivered from Fletcher Jones. At the end of the day, we had to get back to work hopped in the rental and after getting to work and checking out the car, we found two windshield cracks, and the right side of the car was all banged up- this vehicle was supposed to be checked out prior to- and yes I am picky- that's why I drove 40 min to use this location- Leaving for vacation on Friday- unfortunately now I am stuck with a car that is horrible- I called and spoke with the assistant manager- Clayton Smith- to confirm he marked down the damage on our contract so we wouldn't be charged- he said they all ready had the defects noted- so why didn't they share with us the car was damaged- Infact the next comment was "Mrs Gregg I don't know why you're upset- this is a Mercedes and the repair shop is paying your bill- you should be happy! So driving a damaged car should then be okay? The expected experience- seriously- Everyone has their own level of expectations, and truly, this did not satisfy mine- At the end of the day - I went to Hertz and rented another vehicle can that meets my expectations for my vacation- They were so very kind- understanding and even delivered my car to my office- what a difference-

I was really hoping my experience with this location would improve after the Lamborghini I rented had some mechanical issues, however, I have given up all hope after months waiting for a response. I rented this car while my vehicle was being serviced at Fletcher Jones, and the problems started just before I got home. The car displayed a message on the dash, along with an audible "beep" that got my attention. The message said I needed to turn off the engine and check the oil level. Long story short, my issue has not been resolved, and the only reason they reached out to me once, was because I called them to let them know I had not been charged for the rental. I was informed by Maddie, from the Newport location, I would receive two separate 50% rental credits; 50% credit on the rental cost of the Lamborghini I rented, which had mechanical issues, and an email confirmation of my 50% credit towards my next exotic rental. They did apply a 50% credit to the cost of the rental, but I have yet to receive an email confirmation for the 50% credit on a future exotic rental. After several failed attempts to get a hold of Maddie, and many failed attempts from Enterprise Customer Service to contact the location to get this addressed, it seems no one at the Newport location is interested in making this right.

Having rented my fair share of cars from different rental companies. I would say that one of my most positive experiences has to have been when working with Shamir on my most recent rental. From start-to-finish, Shamir was extremely friendly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He made this entire process seamless, while taking the time to answer all of my questions. He knows his cars & products, and I felt taken care of throughout the rental process. Overall, I would return to this location specifically because of Shamir's high level of service.

Got a quote from a few Exotic Car Collection dealers. I spoke with Jordan and discovered his pricing was was very competitive. He was professional and catered to my picky communication preferences. He personally delivered the car and all financial information was as quoted and matched with emails, awesome! Working with Enterprise Exotic was a seamless adventure. Little things made big impressions like Jordan backed the car up onto the hilly driveway---details delineate perfection. 5 Stars to Jordan and the Exotic Car Collection (photo shoot was dreamy) with picture speedy machine. Thank you exceeding our "high enough to cause nosebleed" expectations in quote, delivery amazing service and ease of return on vehicle. Good to know availability on Lamborghini for "Milan in La Jolla" art photo shoot. I will talk/text you soon. What was that "secret" photo location you mentioned that had orange sand?

They always go the extra mile to make it the perfect experience. Prices are unbeatable and the one time I had a breakdown Daniel quickly swapped me into a better option and refunded the lost time. Their cars also come well equipped and in the best colors.

Alex is a straight up boss. I had such a headache trying to deal with my insurance company setting up a rental for someone else hitting my parked car. They were trying to stick me in a car that was not comparable to what I drive at all. She called them and got me into something that was a much better fit after I tried fighting with them myself. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be coming back again for any rental needs I have!
