This restaurant offers some of the best classic Italian thin crust pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. The dough is incredibly fresh, and the combination of arugula and prosciutto is fantastic. Another standout dish is the pasta with pork sausage and truffle—rich, authentic flavors that really shine. The food is consistently top-notch. However, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the service. After four visits, for whatever reason, it never goes smoothly. We’ve encountered issues each time, whether it’s long waits for food or not being helped promptly. If they improved the service, it would easily be a 5-star experience!

Absolutely speaking, the food is pretty good, but the experience still does not match the price. For over $150 for the items pictured (which are relatively simple and do not require excessive preparation, we’re not talking fine/dining here), I expect nothing short of perfection on all fronts, which Bello did not deliver.

First of all, service was lackluster. Our waitress was more busy chatting than attending to our needs and it was often pretty difficult to get a hold of her. Second, the food had varying quality. The pistachio cheesecake dessert was abysmal. For $15, it’s the size of a cupcake, had extremely dry exterior because it is baked individually, and had no trace of pistachio flavor. The bolognese had an outstanding ragu with high quality and tender meat, but the pasta was unfortunately overcooked and mushy. The seafood pasta was perfectly al dente but really lacked any flavor other than the seafood itself. I can taste the seafood essence in the sauce which was likely reduced from real and very fresh seafood, but the flavor profile fell very flat compared to the bolognese. The best dish was the margherita, but it needed an either heavier or more well dispersed amount of basil.

I have been wanting to try this place ever since I Saw them on IG!  We had family visiting from out of town and decided to bring them here tonight! I AM so glad I did! Same day Reservations was easy to make. The food is SO delicious and authentic. I love their freshly hand made pastas. The pizza 🍕 dough was to die for 🤤! Our server was the sweetest, and walked us through the whole menu and gave us her recommendations. The owner also came to say hello, and introduced him self and came back multiple times during dinner to check on us. The decorations and lighting was perfect, and I love the fact that it was not noise or loud inside even though it was a full house on a Tuesday night! A must try if you are looking for a new Italian spot!

Extremely overpriced. Not fine dining. Not one item we ordered was tasty. Service was ok but I’m not sure why he deserves a $90 tip. I wouldn’t return even if the prices were reduced by 50%. Maybe it was just us but my son (who never not finish pizza) didn’t even finish his pizza. Tiramisu was decent.
