Arrived for late happy hour, Thursday, About 5:30 pm...
Went to check it out as a result of the venue just being recognized as a "Michelin Selected Restaurant".
A slight wait to be acknowledged at entrance to be seated. A little discouraging but turned out to be no big deal. I was politely asked where I'd like to sit...chose the bar, as a single patron.
I was quickly approached by the personable bartender/server, Garrick.
I chose a margarita (jigger poured, approx 2oz tequila and 2 oz mix, shaken and strained into an ice filled, salted rim "bucket"). It was tasty, and satisfyingly potent...I had two, and actually felt a little buzz, and I'm not a lightweight!!!
It was "Thursday Date Night", the only night you can get Bacon wrapped, cheese filled dates...VERY sweet n' savory, oh, and quite good.
One of my reasons to visit, was to try the  Blue Corn, deep fried, Chili Relleno. NOT your typical Relleno, except the cheese stuffed pepper, but was well worth the try...you should try it too!
It sat in a thin red pepper type sauce that is quite potent. I loved it, but it might be too "hot" for the weak palate. CAREFUL!
Overall, it was a very worthwhile visit, albeit short due to the damn parking meter!!!
Some amateur diners might think that the offerings are a bit pricey, but it's actually appropriate, given the ingredients, preparation, and this lovely economy!!!
Kudos to the kitchen staff, Garrick and also Aristotle, another personable front of house guy.

This place is incredibly good. Our party of 8 ordered almost every item on the menu, all delicious. Great service, great mezcal selection. Recommend!

Really like coming to this places. The drinks are good, would recommend the Paloma. The guacamole is my favorite with the pumpkin seeds. The taco are 3.5 stars but overall atmosphere, service, and drinks make up for it.

The octopus was cooked to perfection.  It was soft enough to cut with a fork but charred a bit to give it that sensation.  We had carnitas and octopus tacos, guacamole, and churros which I highly recommend everything

Came in just for drinks, but then was pleasantly surprised to see 4 different vegan tacos on the menu!
Also, they are a FC Barça fan bar, so you can be sure to catch a match on one of their tvs.
