Pizza is good but we ordered and paid for extra pepperoni and this is what we got. Doesn’t look like extra pepperoni to me? Some slices got maybe 1 or 2 pepperoni pieces :( pizza was good but still $16 per pizza plus the charge for extra pepperoni and getting no extra pepperoni sucked a little bit. It was the 10” so maybe they put less pepperoni on these ones. I guess now we know what to expect.

I have ordered numerous times at this place. It has always been somewhat good. Their pizza crust could be thicker for me, but it’s good for my son. I have been a customer of theirs since I was a kid, but I have recently gone back to them in the last six months. They are not the same, but they are still good. I order a good amount of pizza in the last six months so I have become a good client I believe. But here I ordered a pizza tonight and I ordered it the same way I always ordered it and I’ve never been told differently a large pepperoni pizza thick crust that’s it. My order took 15 minutes to get here and when it came, the bottom of my pizza was burnt I called the place and they tell me that they don’t do thick crust that they have regular crust. I asked them if they could take a larger pizza because they say they measure out their dough and make it to a different pizza to be thicker and they say no. Fine But to top it off, when I called to tell them that the pizza they sent me and the lady took down the order wrong and they sent me a thin crust. Pizza was burnt on the bottom. They have me write down a number and text the number a picture of the pizza. Which again is fine I do that and they tell me that they’re sending me a new one out great thank you. But then they tell me that I’ve been waiting now. It’s been about an hour and 45 minutes. My child who has been hungry has to wait because they want the pizza back after I sent them a picture this is petty and childish and I will never order pizza from them because my son is still hungry and I still have to wait another 45 minutes for my pizza. For this, I rate this restaurant very low and I will never return to this place ever again. It is sad because as I said, I was a young girl growing up to this. I wanna say over 20 years. I’ve known this place and I’m very disappointed. Loss of customer

This place is nice but pizza sucks..Sorry, but little Ceasars way better.. This was 2 16 in pizzas for $44. As u can see in pics,, they measure about 14 inches and not 16..Also  DRY, CHEWY crust .. I didn't request easy sauce and in pic, I see no sauce1ST AND LAST TIME COMING...Do not recommend for the price this place charges..

Always delicious, always consistent. Been frequenting New York Pizza Co since I moved to Riverside in 2014. The food still tastes the same today as the first time I tried it. I always order my favorite, 16” pie with Anchovies!
