Allora is simply Perfect! It’s a complete dining experience that begins when you arrive and are greeted by a friendly smiling face. The great service continues throughout the dinner experience, and the food is superb.

We had the 4 course meal and the culinary experience is divine. Order what you like and enjoy your experience. It will be one of your best, if not The Best.

I will travel to Sacramento just to experience Allora again.

My wife and I went to celebrate a promotion at work. The service was impeccable. And wow what a space. I slid my empty glass to the edge of the table and they scooped it up as if they were waiting for it. The cocktails and wine pairings were both excellent, as were the server and sommelier who recommended them. The octopus was the best I’ve ever had. The tajarin was another standout and the lobster fettuccine was nicely done. The chef came to the table at the end of the meal. We had a great first experience at Allora and would love to return.

I paid $450 for the four course Dinner meal for my girls birthday and everything was pretty mid honestly…We enjoyed the deserts but the dinner was honestly not too tasty at all and we both regretted going there unfortunately. We definitely won’t be back, the only thing we realized is that any fast food would have been better than what I paid for. Hopefully this helps for future satisfaction for the customers and the Business.

Let me preface this by saying I’ve been to my share of “fine dining” restaurants, Michelin or otherwise; so my review here is using them as baseline.

The good:
- service was great! Very attentive but not overly so, and friendly but not stifling.
- variety of the menu was also great, I really enjoyed having the freedom to choose all 4 of my dishes versus a set menu
- certain dishes, like the beef cheek and dessert I had were AMAZING- super well made and tasty.

Cons:
- some of the dishes are inconsistent depending on when you come, like the lasagne. Mine was burnt when it was torched so it had some bitter notes, whereas other guests in the reviews here have a light toast instead. For the price, I just wish the food was consistent.
- was it worth it? In some ways, yes- but I will say that unlike other restaurants like the Kitchen or Localis, your required service charge is not upfront with the set fee but is of your total by the end of dinner. There’s also a separate kitchen fee. This adds up, so expect your bill to be double what you initially thought. For four courses that can sometimes be inconsistent, or just not to your liking, I don’t know if it’s worth it. It depends on how often you have good food in general haha.

My husband and I went here for our close friend's birthday dinner. Our server was excellent, and most of all, the food was amazing.  I would definitively come back for a special occasion, and I highly recommend it.

Många rätter var dock en besvikelse. Hamachi första rätten var alldeles för överströdd med varm pepparolja. Raviolin var för salt. Torsken var inte god. Osso Bucco var torr och chokladkaksdesserten hade lite tunn smaklös gelé ovanpå med smaklös choklad nedan. På plussidan var pastan med tryffelsås och ägg enastående liksom pastan med hummerskaldjurssås. Så, inte värt det överlag som du sannolikt har kommit fram till om du läser den här recensionen.

Fantastisk matupplevelse. Detta är en mycket dyr avsmakningsmeny så räkna med 145 $ en person före drinkar. Varje kurs är så läcker och intressant. Serveringspersonalen är super kunnig om alla exotiska ingredienser. Vi kände att det var värt det för en speciell matupplevelse.

Min fru och jag åkte förra helgen. Födelsedag / jubileumsmiddag. Höll en flaska vin, men vinlistan är imponerande. Vi beställde gazpacho med kammusslor och räkor, caprese sallad med persikor som vi delade. Båda var fantastiska! Jag beställde bucatini med krabba och havsborre som var läcker. Det kom ut varmt och måste ha precis kommit ut ur pannan. Generös mängd krabba i skålen. Min fru beställde agnolotti och gillade den också. Självklart uppmärksamhet på detaljer med varje maträtt och ingredienser av hög kvalitet. Vi är ute på uteplatsen vilket är väldigt trevligt. Tjänsten var fantastisk med Maurice. En av de bästa måltiderna som jag har haft!

Min mamma skickade mig här efter att ha läst om listan över vin i mat och vin juli 2019 och det gjorde inte besviken! Jag är här i Sacramento för en kort arbetsresa och hade den mest underbara middagen i baren med Kara, bartendern. De unika vinerna från glaslistan gjorde hela tillfälle speciella och Kara erbjöd de perfekta parningarna för var och en av mina kurser. Polpo med housemade gnocchi aptitretare var att dö för! Definitivt rekommendera. Restaurangen var också ljus och vacker inuti med en mycket söt liten uteplats ut tillbaka - jag skulle ha älskat att sitta där om jag inte flyga solo! Men eftersom jag var, var den lilla, intima baren perfekt. Kontrollera definitivt detta.

Vi gick för en datum natt några dagar efter denna plats fick ett omnämnande från Michelin och det var en underbar upplevelse! Vi hade en reservation och satt omedelbart. Vår server var mycket informativ och promenerade oss genom menyn, föreslog några parningar och hans favoritplattor. Vi delade bläckfisk, tonfisk tartar, gnocchi, fläskkotlett och jordgubbe cheesecake och det var allt gudomligt. Vi kommer absolut att gå tillbaka, särskilt på deras $ 1 Oyster tisdag nätter! De hade en vegetarisk meny också som såg bra ut!

En nackdel är att det här är en ganska hög restaurang eftersom det är mycket öppet koncept med lite ljudbuffertmaterial. Jag skulle inte gå här för ett lugnt romantiskt tillfälle.

Vi valde denna restaurang från det positiva recensioner och italienska fusion köket. Det är en populär restaurang på Folsom Blvd utanför ett bostadsområde. Vi hade en fest på 4 och satt vid ett stort högt bord med gott om plats för mat och konversation. Inredningen är väldigt enkel.

Träffar: Delstorlekar var tillräckliga. Tonfisken Crudo var välbalanserad och härlig. Bläckfisk och gnocchi aptitretare var bra. Bläckfisken var väl förberedd och mycket öm. Frågan vi hade var med plätering och överflöd av värme från Calabrian chili aioli att alla objekt var placerade på. Det var för varmt, inte väl balanserat. Du kunde inte komma ifrån värmen eftersom allt var placerat ovanpå såsen. Bör sätta på sidan.

Musslor conserva, citronsalladbete och lilla pärlsalat vi är ganska bra.

Missar: Våra pastarätter. Även om vi applåderar den nyligen tillverkade pastaen, kunde du inte uppskatta det. Det går vilse med förberedelsen.
Hummer citron och tomat pasta var extremt alltför sauced (pasta i soppa) och bitter mellan citron och tomater. Alltför sura och rika. Bucatini pasta med krabba, Uni och vitlök grädde var inte välbalanserad. Det var också alltför sauced och för rik. De rengjorde inte heller krabba som vi båda hade att plocka ut krabba skal. Vad hände med italiensk balans och enkelhet? Inget behov av att lägga till grädde.

Osso Buco var ok. Det är fläsk, inte kalvkött, alltför salt och en rik måltid med polenta.

De har en mycket trevlig vin meny, men har inte en mängd rimligt prissatta viner under $ 50. Deras corkageavgift är $ 30 för varje flaska tog in. För högt!

Tjänsten är ganska bra, de erbjuds att kyla vårt vin när det verkade inte vår standard, men värden och servern var alltför uppmärksam ibland och kom över som pretentiös. De är i en stadsdel restaurang, inte en 3-stjärnig Michelin.

Sammantaget har de några saker att träna. Erfarenheten och köket att värdera uppfyllde inte våra förväntningar. Vi kan vara tillbaka för aptitretare innan du går till mitten av staden. Önskar dem bra.

Alla rätter är rika och sås täckta. Små plattor och delning är vägen att gå.

Gick för deras senaste kampanj - sallad, entree och dessert. Alla var utmärkta och väl presenterade. Ombyggnaden av den tidigare floristplatsen är enastående. Härliga smaragdgröna sammetstolar, unika glasvaror och öppen miljö. Det var varmt så vi satt inte utanför, men uteplatsen ser trevligt och mysigt ut med den ätbara muren av örter och blommor.

Maten var intressant och varierad. Fyra av oss delade tre små plattor: caprese, prosciutto och den lilla pärlan! ! Alla var utmärkta och mycket delaktiga. Vi beställde sedan varje huvudrätt varje: kammusslor, tonfisk, lamm och risotto, som vi varje delade lite av. Alla mycket väl förberedda, välsmakande, välpresenterade och bra portioner. Tjänsten var uppmärksam, men inte påträngande. Vi begärde hjälp att välja ett vin och sommelier kunde identifiera två val som båda var mycket tilltalande. Rekommendera och vi kommer tillbaka.

Allora är precis vad man vill ha bra mat, men det är inte pretentiöst. Från det ögonblick man går genom dörren och hälsas av Matt eller Skyler vet man att det kommer att bli en härlig kväll. De är så välkomna. Vänta personalen kunde inte ha varit trevligare och alla hade ett leende. Caprese sallad med arvsmoment och färska persikor var utsökt. Risotto var det bästa jag någonsin har haft. Det var lite dyrt, men så värt att njuta av en härlig kväll med vänner.

Allora är en restaurang som har varit öppen tre månader öster om Sacramento. Ben åtnjöt tre olika typer av stilla ostron, John och insalata di friuti di mari. Våra vänner åtnjöt en fin ansjovisladdad sallad och en blandad sallad. Vi flyttade till korta revben för en vän och bucatini med havsborrar och havskammusslor för den andra. John åtnjöt cavatelli med kalvköttbröd, medan Ben hade en repetition av skaldjursallad. Vi introducerade våra vänner till en av våra favoritviner: aglianico, ett italienskt vin, men den här var gjord av aglianico druvor odlade av italienare i Paso Robles.
