Good old fashioned Italian food in the Barrio Logan neighborhood. Everything is fresh. It tastes like it just came out of grandmas kitchen. Prices are very reasonable given how fresh everything is. Staff makes you feel like you are family. Decor is cute and homely. A fantastic dinner spot if you need that home cooked meal or are in the neighborhood!

New favorite Italian resto in San Diego! This place is really an osteria: homey and unfussy, with a reasonably long and thoughtful wine list, and fresh, delicious food.

Their handmade pasta offerings (both egg-based and vegan) are impressive. The handwritten specials totally threw me off my intended order, in the best way possible. If you like mussels and they’re still on special when you visit, GET THEM. I visited a week ago and I’m still thinking about them.

Save room for dessert! Ordered a vegan panna cotta (lactose intolerant), and it was a revelation.

One last thing! They offer an array of digestifs and aperitifs, including an Earl Grey infused grappa was a delight.

Super cute relaxed place perfect for a solo meal, date or dinner with friends. Came here Sunday night it was pretty full but the staff was attentive and informative.

Everything we had was delicious and tasted fresh. When we were seated we were asked if a vegan or gluten free menu was needed. They do have options for those with dietary restrictions.

If you wanted to have an authentic Italian dinner look no further. This place had the feel of eating out of someone’s kitchen. Staff were super friendly and casual. Food was phenomenal as well. Great place to bring a date or go out for a family dinner!

We were sat in a corner surrounded by other tables so the waiters kept avoiding our table since it was difficult to get to. Not the best service in the world, but they were also quite busy and it seemed the owner took everyone’s orders, which is a nice touch!

Ordered the Bottoni and Ubriaca. Both were pretty good although we have a suggestion! It would be amazing if the dishes were smaller, more of a tapas style. After a while of eating the same dish it got tiring and boring. We would have loved trying multiple different pastas. Just a suggestion! But all around a great find. I recommend sitting outdoors, the vibes were great.
