I honestly don't know how this place is Michelin recommended. The noodles aren't that chewy, the broth is kind of flavorless, and there is absolutely no spice. The black sesame flavor of the tan tan men was palatable. The company was good, but the food was not.

Service was very fast and the servers were nice though.

We didn't wait long for our table
Staff were extremely efficient and friendly
I enjoyed the gyoza and edamame
I ordered the ramen that is pork broth and  fish sauce; unfortunately the fish sauce wasn't for me but the noodles I did get to taste were hearty and had a great chew
I'd definitely go back to try a different type of broth as the contents were delicious
