Not having the most basic red sauce on a weekend? Amateur. Poor planning. Heating lasagna in what tasted like a microwave heat up with rubbery pasta? Unappetizing. Gluten free accommodated well. Sadly, a star lost to no more gluten free pizza. Gluten free gnocchi have no 'tooth'. Flavorful but mushy. Nice, caring staff, good service, warm welcome. Parking fairly easy on a Sunday night. 38 Geary bus on that street. Nice restroom.

Enjoyable dinner experience. The atmosphere is pretty lively and good for a group dinner. The waiters were very friendly as well. The food was generally done pretty well but nothing outstanding. The eggplant parm and arrabiata pasta were my favorites

Went here for a small group dinner and the food was excellent! On Sundays they have a special 3-course menu which most of us ordered from. The lobster ravioli was great and was my favorite, but the star experience was getting the Cacio e Pepe which they finish preparing table-side in a big cheese wheel! They were able to handle some vegetarian modifications to the 3 course menu which we also appreciated.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we got a table on a busy night, even though we were walk-ins (we didn't know we'd need a reservation on a random Monday night, but they were unusually busy). The food menu has several good vegetarian options. I also love that their drink menu included multiple reasonably priced mocktails, as well as an impressive selection of amaros. A great spot for a special meal!
