This place is small and doesn't have a sitting area. It's just intended for you to order and go. I don't understand the hype about this place. The sandwiches are small and very thick at the same time. Everything falls apart so its kind of difficult to eat. The flavor was ok, i didn't hated the sandwich but there was nothing impressive. Overall I feel that the price is too high and the product is not worth it.

I was skeptical at first when I read the reviews but still decided to give it a try as I was craving a Japanese egg sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and the lady was very nice and sweet. I’ll come again for sure!

Overpriced food and lack of seating and restrooms makes this restaurant a pass.

The prices on the menu caught my eye. The sandwiches ranged from $12 to $25. Truffle fries were $16 when there's a place about five blocks away selling them for less than $10. There are similar restaurants on Clement that have seating, similar sandwiches, and lower prices. I decided to order the Gyoza (6pc) for $9. After a 12-minute wait, I finally received my food in a paper box. They were Sohla El-Waylly's recipe for Bon Appetit, pork and scallion dumplings with a crispy skirt, and were crammed into the box and tasted like the frozen ones you can buy a big bag of for $5 in a supermarket.

Overall, I don't think this is a good place to spend your money when there are so many better and less expensive restaurants nearby offering similar food. Only one person seemed to be working, which meant if anybody else entered the restaurant, they would've had to wait a while to place an order. Also, no ingredient substitutions to accommodate allergies are allowed for the sandwiches, which is absurd, since they're supposedly made to order.
