Local restaurant with delicious food!

I went here this past weekend and decided to give this place a try for lunch.

I ordered a Cubano sandwich and spilt fries with country gravy with my friends.

The Cubano sandwich was delicious!!! It was packed with meat and cheese as you could tell by the photo.

The fries and gravy were the perfect side with my sandwich. I would strongly suggest that you try any of their dishes that have their gravy listed as part of their ingredients.

They have created a outdoor seating section right in front of the restaurant. It was perfect weather to eat outdoors.

Parking in the Richmond can be a hassle at times but, there is a garage directly across the street from the restaurant.

I would suggest that when they have their lobster sandwich on special you arrive early. I suppose its a very popular sandwich since we tried to order it but was already sold out earlier in the day.

I will definitely make another trip back here. Its worth the trip from the Peninsula to the City just for their Cubano sandwich. You won't be disappointed!

Stopped in for the first time since they moved locations and the new menu is fantastic! Got the buffalo chicken wrap! Amazing! Plus its impossible to find a buffalo chicken wrap in San Francisco. Just order the buffalo chicken sando and change to the tortilla! Money. Also got the sweet tots and garlic fries. Both very good! The garlic fries are a great second to the ones at the Giants Stadium. Sweet tots were like mashed potatoes in my mouth. Yum yum. And the side are huge! Their beer, wine and drink list is out of control. Took home a 4 pack of Delirium Tremens!  Definitely coming back for some outdoor food and drink at the seating in their new parklet.

The sandwich with meat was delicious! I ate a sandwich of basil and chicken, but I remember the meat one was much better.I forgot to take a picture of French fries but it was delicious. I want to go again!

Real bright local spot in a rather dreary part of the outer Richmond. My turkey with bacon on a Dutch crunch was spot on. Nicely toasted with very fresh veggies and Monterey Jack dripping in a delicious house aioli (possibly too drippy for some)

The curated beers are supposedly awesome, but I didn’t partake because I was on a lunch break from work. Although a couple locals were throwing some back with obvious delight. Next time.

The atmosphere is so so. A couple of flat screen TVs, but ridiculously small for the space. Would need an upgrade on screen size to be considered good for sports viewing imo. The decor is bland, they were going for an unfinished board look on the counter and tables, with a board pattern concrete wall on one side. Comes off unfinished and not well executed. The tiny back bathroom is something you’d expect to find in a bro frat house, just warning you ladies.

Overall,  strongly recommend for food. Will definitely be back.

Fried chicken sandwich, with Frank's hot sauce instead of BBQ, was so good. The dutch crunch is a perfect pairing. Saucy and yummy and crispy and juicy!
