Great spot to have breakfast: I really liked the Breakfast Sandwich and the Eggs It Is plate was pretty good. I just wish it had more halal meat options, I was a bit disappointed to see that they only serve fried chicken. I was greeted by a very sweet lady and the overall experience was great.

Solid brunch spot in Potrero Hill! Great sunny corner location with lots of outside tables and a parklet. The C&B plate had a little bit of everything you would want, executed well and delicious. The Wicked Benedict was good, but there wasn't enough heat which was a bit of a disappointment. The potatoes could have been crispier, but they were still yummy. Matcha latte was perfect and the cold brew was good too.

If you are looking for a halal breakfast spot with the most down-to-earth and humble owner, then this is the place to be! Mohammed was extremely kind and made my first experience a memorable one. We ordered the classic C&B Chicken and Waffle plate (sooooo good, especially as it was my first time having that combo) and the Fried Chicken Benedict. Both were delicious and the fresh OJ was a great add on. I still dream about my food 🤤 highly recommend, great vibes!

Cracked & Battered is a gem in San Francisco! From the moment we walked in, everything about our experience was flawless. We were seated quickly and promptly, which is always a great way to start a meal.

The food? Absolutely outstanding. We tried the pancakes, chicken, potatoes, eggs, coffee, and natural orange juice, and every single item was prepared to perfection. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, and the potatoes and eggs were cooked just right. The coffee was rich and satisfying, while the natural orange juice was fresh and vibrant—a perfect complement to the meal.

What really stood out, though, was the amazing service. Not only was the staff friendly and attentive, but they also went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered an extra drink, and instead of just serving it, they kindly pointed it out to me. It’s the little things like this that show how much they care about their customers’ experience.
