Perfectly located. Always amazing staff at the Four Seasons.  They served up the best Carrot cake I have ever had in my life. My Wife and I shared one at lunch and Dinner. Say hello to Tanya in the restaurant.  She was AWESOME!

I'm staying there right now and I have to say I'm totally disappointed especially given I was just at the St Regis 3 weeks ago across the street and having also stayed at the Ritz. Many of the things are small but for a hotel charging 500+ a night, the small things matter.

The rooms are fine and I appreciate how quite the room was. I got a slight upgrade when I checked in so that was really nice.

First thing is service is extremely inconsistent. Some times the person at the door will open car door for you and welcome you but I was ignored half the time. I'm guessing this is because I'm young and I do not wear a suit?

For a hotel at this level, I would expect 24 hour gym access. The hotel uses equinox so the gym closes at 10pm. This makes these amenities useless if you are not a morning person.

The lobby looks like it's from the last century and the decor is very tired and definitely needs a refresh.

For a hotel charging 500+ a night, I would expect all of the above to not be an issue.

We live in SF so haven't stayed here, but we visited their Christmas themed Bauble bar and it was really pretty. Great drinks and service too. Bar food menu is on the pricey side, but we ordered the melted brie on toast and it was amazing.

This is my favorite hotel in San Francisco, I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are spacious, the decor is understated and elegant, the staff is impeccable. There’s a Blue Bottle Coffee next-door and an Equinox in the building. A number of the nearby hotels are having union issues and there are a lot of protests -The Four Seasons had no such issues, so not only did I not cross a picket line, I had a quiet night’s sleep.
