Amazing culinary journey, thoughtful compilation of flavours, well balanced acidity and textures. Satisfying but not overtly heavy. Lovely dry/non-alcoholic pairing, attentive staff.  It's an intimate space so if another table lacks spatial awareness and courtesy, it can be rather disruptive but the restaurant has minimal options there. Overall a fantastic experience I would recommend.

My least favourite has to be the chairs, they are very uncomfortable for shorter individuals. The deep backed hard wood means the seat edge cuts into your legs rather severely because of the slant in order to allow your feet to touch the ground. Alternatively to allow the edge to sit at your actual knee bend to avoid that, means your feet will swing not touching the ground.  However, this requires leaning back into the chair at an uncomfortable angle on your spine. A pillow, padded surface or chair, without an angled deep seat would help to enjoy the longer tasting menu without the discomfort.

Blown away! From the moment we stepped into Kiln, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance was just perfect – a warm, inviting buzz with a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. It was clear that every detail, from the lighting to the decor, was thoughtfully curated.

This wasn't just a meal; it was a culinary adventure. The menu was brimming with creativity, showcasing unexpected flavor combinations that danced on the palate. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. It's clear that the chefs here are passionate about their craft and aren't afraid to push boundaries.

The service was impeccable. All our servers were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a truly memorable dining experience.

As if all of that wasn't enough, the playlist was spot-on! A perfect blend of soulful grooves and upbeat classics that created the ideal atmosphere for our evening. It was the kind of playlist I Shazam-ed every other song.

Kiln has raised the bar for dining experiences - everything was executed flawlessly. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a truly unforgettable night out. We'll be back soon!

I came here for my birthday, money well spent. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a Michelin star restaurant without breaking your bank.
The tasting menu was amazing every piece that was brought out was perfection. You can see the work that these talented Chef's did to create each dish.
I went alone, and my only disappointment was that the female server came and talked with me and asked which dish I was liking for, as were the main guy that was serving me didn't start to engage with me till the end of my meal. The other thing is i dont remember everything that was presented to me and looking at the menu that was given to me in a sealed envelope doesn't match some of the pictures.  So I can't put the right names with each one.
I will be back in the spring or summer to try another tasting.

Service was top notch, staff were friendly and the dishes were all very beautiful. I didn't care for the terrible rap music in the background.

We had 1-2 favorite dishes. The flavors to me were very subtle.

The alcohol free pairing were all very interesting and unique.
