We ordered a stuffed crust pizza. The cheese smelled rotten. When we called to complain, the "manager" put us on hold, told us that the cheese wasn't rotten and hung up the phone. absurdly bad food and customer service. I wish phones could record smells so you could be warned. We were starving and the stuffed crust was the only edible part.

I place my order online for New York style Which was supposed to be ready at 4:45 PM but it was ready at 4:30 which I asked why was it ready so early and not at the 445 time that I needed ,so that the pizza wouldn’t be cold when I got home-what I got was a undercook regular Pizza not New York style and  not the ingredients that I ordered and when I contact the store which took me 10 minutes to get a live person they kept playing that commercial over and over and over , but when the representative came on the phone, he put me back on hold And then hung up and when I tried back the same thing happened again when I reached a store manager I couldn’t hardly understand What he was saying, except the manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. So I will try to reach the manager tomorrow And post what happens after that, However, I would not recommend at least this Papa John pizzeria whatsoever. And if Shaq knew The quality of food and lack of customer service he wouldn’t be happy.

I literally just got home from picking up a extra large $35 combination pizza to come to my surprise and find this big hair on it very disappointed unfortunately I was not able to call on time to see if there can be a solution to it because the place was already closed Definitely will be calling tomorrow in the morning.
