The staff is lovely and fantastic service. Restaurant vibe is very nice with open spacious interior.
We came here for brunch and was really disappointed. For the price, really average and extremely small portions. We ordered the endive salad, for $21, there were about 12 small leaves of endive with 8 thin slices of pear. $26 mushroom pizza was tasty but not anything special. The $30 short ribs was extremely small too about couple of tablespoons of meat (boneless), couple of pieces of Brussel sprouts and rest was polenta.

My wife and I enjoyed a meal here the other night.
Service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fun and different and very tasty.
One pasta dish was undercooked in my view. Overall, we had a lovely time but feel maybe at over 200 dollars we paid a high amount.
Unfortunately, this restaurant uses a 6% "sf mandate" fee rather than implement this through their menu item prices.

Overall, we had a pleasant evening here and may return for lunch.

I already cannot wait to come back! I got there at 5 on a weeknight w/ no reservation and there was plenty of availability to snag a spot. I sat at the chef's counter and enjoyed watching the team prepare meals as I enjoyed a beautiful corn pasta dish that tasted very homemade and delicious. Diverse menu and wine selections. Next time I'll make a reservation as I know it gets busier later in the day, but this is a great spot to have a nice dinner whether for 2 at the chef's counter or to book a bigger table for a group. I've heard they also do nice private events so will keep that in mind, too.

Piccino, a cozy Italian restaurant in the Dogpatch neighborhood is hands-down a favorite of ours.

The warm and inviting vibe makes it perfect for both family dinners and date nights.

There are a few signature dishes we can’t resist ordering whenever we bring friends here, and they never disappoint- The “salsiccia pizza,” with garlic pork sausage, red onion, mozzarella, and lemon zest, is always a winner. The “funghi pizza,” loaded with roasted mushrooms, stracchino, shaved garlic, and parsley, is another must-have.

The “sweet potato tortellini” hits that perfect sweet-and-savory balance, while the “endive salad” with fresh pear is light and refreshing.

As usual, we had a fantastic experience. This place is our go-to whenever friends are visiting, and it’s never let us down.

Piccino is incredible, all the food was really great and fresh. Everything arrived at the table really efficiently as well, no long waits. Also the wine we ordered and the wine list were great as well along with excellent wine service and knowledge from the sommelier. I didn’t take many photos but pictured is the halibut. I highly recommend Piccino, all their produce is grown locally at their own farm in Healdsburg which I think is a great touch and sets them apart. Food is very reasonably priced for the great quality as well.
