A hidden gem in North Beach! We took a chance by walking into a restaurant we'd never been to before. We were greeted by Edgar who was a sweetheart.

The pasta is freshly made each morning. My husband's lasagna was even better than the place across the street, which is damn good. I had the gnocchi which had a nice balance of flavor with acid and salt. The proprietor came over to top our dishes with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Absolutely first rate!

We enjoyed our first visit to Piccolo Forno, and will definitely go back for more.

WHAT A PLACE! BEST PASTA EVER! HOMEMADE AND OMG THE DESSERTS!

We really had no expectation and this might be the best pasta I've had in years!

Trust me all. Stop!

Also they have a small terrace... we asked the staff to put F1 and they were happy to put it on for us!

I cannot recommend Piccolo Forno enough! The pasta was absolutely incredible—so fresh and bursting with flavor that you can tell it’s made with care. But the real star of the show was the cannoli. Topped with a perfect blend of grapefruit and cherry, it was such a unique and delightful twist on an already amazing dessert. Every bite was pure perfection.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. The outdoor seating was lovely and the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves great food and wonderful service!

SO Freaking good!!! Just left and can't wait to go back!! The Pinse was damn good, and so was the 12" round. They accommodated the little tummy that was with us with a half order. Super friendly and absolutely delicious food! Sad, I found this place on my last day here :(
