I’ve had good experiences in the past but tonight was flat out disappointed. I ordered a 4 piece hot tender box make it blazin style and the chicken was barely seasoned. Additionally, there were nasty pickles all over the chicken. I’ve order many times before and there have been pickles included. Is this new? It doesn’t tell you pickles are included and I absolutely hate pickles. Chicken was soggy as a result of the wet pickles sitting on top of the chicken and I only love a 8 or so min away from the ghost kitchen. Gross.

This food was soo soggy and cold. Hate to say food was not upto its hype at all. I threw all the fries they were very cold . Burger taste good but cold.

Every time I have ordered, they have sent me the wrong order. Although the food is good, the preparation is horrible. I want my refund, for all the wrong food you sent. The carrots sent with wings are at least a week old.. It has a foul smell. You add fries inside the platter.. That makes the fries so soggy, it's almost inedible. Idk how you mix your spices on the wings.. One half does not even get any spice and the other half is super spicy. Who is responsible for the quality of food? Do you even have a management?

I ordered this sandwich for pickup and it was ready 7 minutes later. It was $11.47. I got street parking, walked in, told the guy my name, and was out the door.

I requested 2x lettuce and tomatoes, which they delivered on.

These sandwiches are killer, the crispiness is perfect, sauce is the right amount, and bun is... Pretty well toasted. You can't go wrong
