What a fun concept! Very laid back atmosphere, relaxed mood lighting.

American-Asian fusion tapas. Everything is sharable and you definitely should. You can order entrees off the menu in addition to the many side courses wheeled around to each table via food cart. The cart displays the food and price of each dish.

Everything was delicious. The standouts are the fried quail (cripsy, crunchy, juicy), the trout dip (so rich, almost feels like a good football side dish), and the black cod tail (sweet and spicy with meat that falls off the bone, buttery, and a really crispy fin).

The servers are very knowledgeable and attentive. We had a very charming, nice server in particular who gave great explanations of each dish.

I tried sake for the first time here. Lots of fun, quite expensive and can rack up quickly if you're trying each dish but everything was delicious so I felt quite satisfied!

This Michelin star restaurant is different compared to most that I've been to. First of all they don't have a traditional 4 course or 9 course meal. The waiters walk by your table with the dishes already prepared and ask you if you would like the dish. So you can be served quickly. However the food wasn't made seconds ago and brought to you. Which is the downside. I ordered 10 dishes. My favorite were all three pancakes I tried. The next would be the cucumber, tomatoes, trout and chips, oysters, and pork belly salad. My least favorite dish was the tofu and garlic bread which I thought was very mediocre. Overall, I think this restaurant is worth visiting. It is a great value as my bill came to $105 with taxes and tip and I ordered 10 items. The pancakes were some of the best I've had in my life.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Love it love it love it. I've never had a bad meal here. I've almost never had a bad dish here. I love bringing people here so they can experience it for the first time! I just love everything about this place! It's so fun to just pick out food as the servers come by. And I also like to order food. Everything was so delicious! And the service is incredibly friendly, fast and professional. I would recommend this place, without hesitation, to anyone.

Definitely an interesting restaurant. Despite their Michelin star, the food and overall experience made me question why I, in this day and age, still regard a tire company’s silly opinion on food so highly!

What do they know! Therefore, I had to try it out. Once you walk into the restaurant, you immediately hear and see the hustle and bustle of the kitchen. The open kitchen concept allows you to see the chefs honing their craft and placing each morsel of food gently on a plate.

Wow - my mind was filled with wonder and excitement. When we finally got seated in a tight corner table, we got the menu and our gastronomic journey began.

Suddenly, I became flush when I took a look at the menu! The prices are absurd - I did not know the Michelin was a licensed to extract maximum value from customers!

Two tiny pieces of chicken will run you about 30 bucks… two pieces of pork belly will run you 15… the only thing that was exceptional and decently priced was the baby gem salad!

I guess that’s why so many San Franciscans are switching to veganism - the cost of carnivorous living.

That being said, I do believe that this place is worth trying if you are trying to flex on a date or a business client (prob 20-30 years old max).

$150 for two people is not gonna break the bank but sure does leave a feeling in both you brain and stomach that you can only ameliorate by either cooking at home for a week or starving yourself for the next 24-48 hours.

Great atmosphere and interesting concept. I thought the dim-sums were a hit or miss. The state bird dish (quail) was crunchy and nice. The chicken liver mousse and desserts were excellent, Wish they served cocktails (don’t think they have a license).
