Cozy place with amazing fried chicken and friendly fast service!
Came here for a casual grab. The fried chicken, chicken wings and tater tots are so perfectly cooked and seasoned! I had the spicy version with blue cheese. Enjoyed it so much! Def would visit again.

To be honest the spicy chicken sandwich is good but not amazing or anything. After reading all the great reviews I was expecting more, such as less salty batter but with better flavors seasoning.

However the salad is pretty good, wish there more leafy greens.

This experience was different than most. We ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich. The sauce was not to our taste. It was too heavy and there was a flavor profile we couldn't identify. The service was decent. But there was a huge ladder in the middle of the restaurant that made it difficult to move around. Also there was a man in the store who wasn't quite holding an entire baf of marbles. He became agitated in the store but after he left the employees at the front of the store made fun of him and made jokes about him in front of the remaining customers in the store. This was very inappropriate. I hope that they could have dismissed him from the store with a little more compassion and grace.

Must visit for the best spicy juicy fried chicken in San Francisco . Recommend getting the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich, but, with a caveat that the spicy here is not for the faint at heart. For them there is the naked bird which is also really good. Would also recommend dining-in here because their fried chicken is best when it’s hot.

Quiet a tasty place! Loved that you can order in an online manner, they even have touch screens when you walk in. A major win for me.

My partner order a salad with chicken, my goodness, very generous salad! I had the chicken burger. The fried chicken was juicy, but maybe needed to be a bit hotter for my liking.

Our server gave us extra fries and free apple fritters, as he thought he was quite slow with our order.

Overall a nice place to visit but not sure if it was worth the hype.
