This was my favorite cheesesteak spot for many years. Seems like food quality has gone now. My last few sandwiches was lacking flavor. Could not taste any char from grill. Whoever made my recent sandwich skimped out on the peppers. They used to be load them up generously. The king size seems smaller than I remembered.

Delicious cheese steaks served close enough to Philly style to pass for me on this coast.

My co-workers and I got off of work and wanted to find a spot in San Francisco that serves cheesesteaks. This was my first ever one and I enjoyed it tons! As a person who works in customer service, I would love to give my hats off to Lizette! She was super sweet and made my day much more enjoyable! She made me and my co-workers feel welcomed! The environment was overall I great experience! Will be coming back on my own time sometime soon!

Was very happy to discover there is a Cheesesteak Shop here in SF....one of the few remaining chains which hasn't been replaced by overpriced local restaurants. Food was very good. If you go, be sure to order ahead for "carryout"---this is one of those places which tries to guilt customers into leaving a tip. This is a 100% self-service restaurant -- there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for a "Gratuity" screen to pop up when paying.

I ordered the classic cheese steak and it was pretty amazing. Great bread good quality meat and gooey cheese. The only problem here is that it really takes forever to get your order there were only two people ahead of me and I was there well over 25 minutes waiting for my order.
