This isa nice lounge and bar inside Marriot hotel. You can get whatever drink or cocktail you like. The place is nice, quiet and cozy. There were not much patrons here so you can relax and enjoy your drink.

The worst service I've received at any restaurant ever. The place was rather empty with only 4 tables being served, but it took 30 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us after repeatedly trying to flag them down. Once we did, he went to another table who had been getting consistent service first before approaching us 5 more minutes later to tell us he's not our waiter. We finally had a chance to order, yet only half our order came out. We spent another 15 minutes waiting for assistance until finally going to the front desk of the hotel and requesting assistance. The food and beverage manager, Mo? asked what the problem was, then wasted even more of our time attempting to coach his waitress on how to comp the bill. The next evening, he decided to call our room in the evening initially asking if he can come up to discuss - and after I said no, to acknowledge their mistakes, after "conducting his investigation" and agreeing that he and his staff did not pay attention to us. Despite not receiving half our order, he also felt it was acceptable to only return $20 of our bill and charge the rest. Surprisingly, hotel management didn't see the need to rectify this. For me it's 100% an issue of principle and being loyal to a Titanium Bonvoy member, not about money, but this was grossly mishandled. The entire wait staff and management in the lounge are inept and should be replaced. Plenty of capable waiters are looking for work.

Do NOT eat here! I stayed here with my kids for 1 night we attended a funeral earlier in the day and just wanted to eat dinner and go to sleep. Though they weren't busy, the waitress forgot my drink. Then after 30 minutes waiting for our food, everything was terrible! My fish was uncooked, my sons chicken strips hard and burnt and my daughters grilled cheese was hard and dry. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and leave the hotel to eat.

Too expensive and they pump in what smells like men's cologne through the vents. You walk in and it just reeks of a bar with too many men wearing too much cologne in it. It's nauseating !!! I got a headache before I could even finish my drink.

The food is mediocre and the drinks are expensive. Only reason I went here was because it's the only thing between the AC Hotel to the SAP center. Street vendor was selling hot dogs from a cart. I should have just grabbed one of those.

Nate is an amazing bartender! If you have any questions or drink concerns he's your man. Would strongly recommend staying here at the AC Hotel.

Really nice servers that make it a point to get to know the regular hotel stayers here. Drinks are generous in pours. In terms of hotel bars, this is one of the more lively ones especially when there's an event at the SAP center or a sharks game so I'm busier times the service might be slower. They don't have a huge range of selection in food. No fish options and very few vegetarian options. But definitely a great atmosphere!

Absolute worst service and food ever. Waited over an hour after ordering only to be told there were still 10 tickets ahead of us while we watched others that came in 1/2 hour after us get their food. Server obviously didn't put in our order as she had to come take it again when we asked for our food. Worst part was she took zero accountability. It's a shame since this place is very convenient to SAP.

My wife and I went to the San Jose Sharks game and stayed the night at the AC Hotel San Jose Downtown. After the game, we wanted to have a drink at the AC Lounge. It was pretty crowded and there were 2 bar tenders. I tried to flag down the bar tender for 20 minutes unsuccessfully. Then when I did get ahold of one of them, I asked if he could get me 2drinks. His response was, are they easy drinks? I said one drink is an old fashion and the other is red wine. The person next to me said he wanted 2 shots. He quickly provided the 2shots, then went to the other side of the bar. Just unbelievable. Never seen such rudeness and lack of consideration. I finally left and talked to the front desk manager who said she knew who it was and will speak to him later. At any rate, if I could rate 0 I would. Hopefully this is a one off situation. As an FYI, I am a Titanium Elite member and have seen my share of travel and bars. Nothing was as bad as this.
