I witnessed troubling behavior from a Genie Pool employee while waiting in the Chick-fil-A drive-thru in San Jose. Despite the staff working efficiently and professionally, this individual kept honking impatiently, clearly frustrated that things weren't moving fast enough. One of the employees--who I later learned was working on her birthday--was visibly shaken by the honking. She was trembling while trying to do her job, and it was hard to watch. That kind of aggressive behavior doesn't just reflect poorly on the person--it reflects on the company they represent. If this is how Genie Pool employees conduct themselves in public, I wouldn't feel comfortable hiring them for any service. Professionalism and basic human decency matter. Five for the Chick-fil-A staff who handled the impatient Genie Pool employee with great customer service skills.

The good: We went through the drive-thru and got the peach milkshake, breakfast burrito with chicken, and spicy biscuit sandwich. The peach milkshake was a really fun summer menu item and it had real peach chunks inside. We got the hash-brown coins too and they were great for kids. The drive-through line went by quickly. The worker there gave my toddler a free cow plush! The bad: The burrito was pretty mushy. I thought the breakfast burritos at McDonald's were better. My husband wished there was more inside the spicy chicken biscuit. The interesting: They seem to share a parking lot with the VA clinic. The cow with the "eat more chicken" sign is always a little sad to me.

Chick fil a is always a hit or miss for me, but during my recent visit - I placed an order through mobile for pick up drive thru - Julianna was very friendly & nice. (The only reason why I'm writing this review), my minis were being cooked so instead of being awkward, she started conversation & was very personable. With that, here's a review hopefully to boost up score :)

Whaaaa? This place deserves more stars than that! At least for my visit. First, the food is grub. You know exactly what you're gonna get at Chick-fil-A. It's not gourmet but it's dang tasty! Second the service is pretty good. They're nice and very fast. They bring you your food. And it has some nice outdoor seating. At least in a sunny day. Yeah, it loses points for seating in a cold, rainy day, sure.

This location is notorious for being slow and unsanitary with no seatings. Told me 5 minutes takes near 30. Bunch of mobile orders sitting in front of the window, a line of people waiting for their order pick up and nobody tends to them. Stay away especially if you're in a rush. Better to drive farther to a different location and you'll still save time.

Was chewing my food and suddenly felt a weird metallically paper in my mouth. And as I spit this out I find it's aluminum

I went through the drive-through, but it was kind of an odd experience. I expected the person who was taking an order from the car next to me to step over to me when he was done taking that order. Instead, he acknowledged me and walked three cars ahead of me. As he took that order, I noticed there was another staffer taking orders in the other lane. That line just kept going and I saw five cars passed me by before my order got taken. Once I got my food, the chicken sandwiches were awesome. Very fresh buns and the chicken was hot, juicy and tender. Unfortunately, after I finish eating those, I took a sip of my large Coke and found that it tasted like water, bubbly water. I put on the light (as I'm driving home in the dark) and saw there was very little caramel color in that water. So, I dug up the receipt, and called the restaurant. A young man answered the phone. I explained the condition of my soda, he replied "we just changed the syrup. You probably just came through at the wrong time. As I was hanging up, I heard him say "You can come back..." It's late, I'm on the freeway with 2 hour drive home and I'm not going to turn around to go get a proper soda. I understand that these things can happen. Chick-fil-A is a popular restaurant and they move fast to get the orders out quick. And these guys are very consistent and have a great reputation. I've probably had a hundred meals there over the years and never had a bad meal. But I was not happy to discover the much anticipated, refreshing, flavorful, ice cold large Coca-Cola was undrinkable as I drove the next two hours.

This place is just turning into another McDonalds. It's becoming more frequent that items are missing from our order and I'm just getting tired of dealing with it. Just like McDonalds I'm just going to stop going here.

Not surprised this Chic Fil a doesnt have goos reviews. I ordered through the app the chicken minis for breakfast and hash browns. I didnt realize its literally a chicken nugget in bread. Not worth the price you pay. The girl had an attitude at the window. She said oh we didnt know you were here. I said I checked in through the app about 10 minutes prior. She said i have to check in at the intercom. I said that I said "hello hello" two times with no response so I came to window. She was all pissy that I came to the window without waiting around for 5 minutes for them to respond.
