So I've been going next door to the Chinese place for years, never thought to stop in until the other day. What a nice discovery. Chipotle style service but they make their own tortilla's fresh onsite. So far I've had a Chile Verde, a plain cheese quesadilla, and a chorizo and egg breakfast burrito. By far that breakfast burrito is the best bang for the buck. One thing I would recommend. Make shortcuts for ordering. For example: With the Chile Verde I wanted it "Super" style, meaning cheese and crema. It'll make ordering a little quicker too.

Excellent customer service all the way around. The servers were very helpful and accommodating. Despite a long line on a Saturday early afternoon, they were pretty efficient. I didn't have to wait too long. Rumor has it that their tortillas are homemade. I think they are made by a machine (not by hand), but still much better than the normal tortillas from other Taquerias, which are just produced elsewhere. I got the veggie burrito. It came with grilled veggie fajitas, black beans, rice, and supposedly cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. I didn't taste the latter ingredients so much, so those toppings may have been more minimal. Next time I'll ask them just to balance everything out, but it was a very good burrito and I definitely will be back. I also got the large guacamole and chips for $10. The guacamole was well made, but there are lots of chunks of tomatoes almost like a pico de gallo inside of it, which is not my thing but that's just a personal preference. Overall, a superior Taqueria and I will be back to try their tacos and a chicken burrito as well. I paid about 25 which included tax & $2 tip. I also like how they packaged it. Double wrapped my burrito and it was in its own little bag, which was sealed. It's little things I know, but well done :) FYI, they close early on Saturdays at 3 PM and are closed Sundays and Mondays.

A Chipotle style burrito making restaurant, not bad but not as authentic as some let on. A thick base layer of beans a bit too much, meat precooked and in heating bins. Not even on the authentic map, go try a burrito from Eduardo's and you decide. Seriously!

Those same tortillas are also turned into homemade cinnamon and sugar chips that taste like a churro in every bite--sweet, crispy, and completely irresistible. Beyond the food, the taqueria shines with its spotless cleanliness, indoor and outdoor seating, and a staff whose friendly attitudes make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. From hearty breakfast burritos, burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas and nachos, to tortas, this place delivers comfort, quality, and authentic flavor in every bite. When the husband is happy, everybody's happy. He eats a lot and loves a deal and of course it should taste good. These breakfast burritos are the real deal. Two meals for me, one for the hubs. Fresh tortillas packed full of whatever you like. You can customize or order one from the menu. The choice of sauces are fresh and delicious. Red, green, and orange, all have a kick to them. There's limited seating but who cares, the burritos are portable but I suggest you keep them tightly wrapped or put something underneath them. Enjoy!

Love their bean rice cheese burritos . I also love their vegetable topping that has cabbage and bell pepper . You will always be greeted with a smile and warmth at this place. I have only eaten inside once but it was a good experience . The inside has informal seating and is quite clean . I also recommend their nachos . They have a good serving size for the nachos and burritos .

PINEAPPLE SALSA! Pretty much all you need to know. I've only come here for breakfast, and I'd have to say, they do a great breakfast burrito! I like getting their #2 with egg, cheese, potato, and bacon (you can also choose hot dog or ham). A friend recommended adding the corn salsa as well, which adds some nice freshness to the burrito! They have so many great salsa options! They have a red, orange, green, and pineapple salsa. The orange salsa definitely packs some heat! But my favorite salsa of all is their pineapple salsa! It adds the perfect sweetness to your burrito. so yummy, and I've never had a salsa like this anywhere else! They also do a really good guacamole! I'd suggest just going with the large because, trust me, a small won't be enough! Plenty of parking with few tables inside and a couple outside. Great local spot!

First off, 10 stars for the service, staff. Secondly, did I go on an off day or what? The burritos were super mid compared to my usual fare. The best burrito in San Jose? People need to hit up more places. I've been trying to find a burrito place that opens early in the morning and landed on this place. Order: Ran me about $27 Breakfast Burrito (Bacon): It's a breakfast burrito, easy to make tasty, but I was shocked that it was very meh, bland. I would not order again. I wonder if the chorizo would be much better. Make your own burrito: Asada, rice, pinto beans, cooked onions, sour cream. It seems like a chipotle style set up where you can go down the line and choose your meat and fillings for your burrito. Maybe the combo I chose made a weird burrito, I should have gone with the different beans and raw onions. Again, staff were exemplary and top notch. They only offer breakfast options in the morning, but made an exception for me and were so patient and accommodating. I'd normally avoid a place after my food experience, but the service makes me want to give it another shot some time.

My wife and I recently discovered this place, and it's quickly become our new go-to breakfast spot. I cannot stop talking about how good their breakfast burritos are -- perfectly portioned, packed with quality ingredients, and full of flavor. What really sets them apart is the option to choose a salsa based on your spice level. The service? Super friendly and fast. The food? Way better than Café Rosalena. I genuinely hope this place stays consistent and doesn't get overrun by social media hype. It deserves all the praise, but I also selfishly want to keep it to myself! Either way, they've gained a loyal customer for sure.
