Just used Cloud9 to go wedding dress shopping with all my girls and the experience we had with this company was incredible to say the least. First, with booking, super easy and they even called the day before to see if there was anything we needed! Second, the driver (Ronnie) was very professional, showed up a little early, and made sure we had an amazing time! Third, the party bus we had was crazy! In a good way! Music sounded fabulous, lights were fun, ice chest/glasses were perfect and clean seats were comfy! Overall everything went perfect! I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them for my wedding day!

Not false; my review is still here and Yelp has not removed any of my other reviews. Instead of making things up, You should focus on your customer service. It's evident this business is horrible from the many reviews. Focus on making it better instead of trying to put makeup on a pig. Your response is beyond foolish and just makes you look that much more bad as an owner.

I used to work for this company and their owner Johnny refused to pay me my wages earned. I expressed to him multiple times that the earnings on my paycheck did not reflect the hours worked. I sent him a copy of the invoices for the days missing on my pay check an he refused to acknowledge their mistake and has never payed me for my hours earned. In addition, many of his limousines have air conditioning issues that he was made aware. Yet, he would still schedule events for vehicles and leave the drivers to make excuses to their customers about the issue on hand and still charge them for the service. During Covid-19 he closed his doors down but possibly back in business again. In conclusion, I personally would never, ever work for him or his company again and would advise you to consider any other limousine service company to have better experiences and expectations.

We hired cloud 9 limo for a family night out, booking was as easy as 1,2,3 on a Sunday morning (last minute plans) Limousine was nice and clean, Eduardo Ramirez our driver had ice and drinks ready for us, service was excelente & friendly, will using cloud 9 limo for all my transportation needs

I noticed that the previous 2 reviews were negative and I am sorry they didn't have a very good experience, however, I am basing my review off of my experience with this company which was very pleasant. We had booked the 22 seater excursion limo for our wedding. To our surprise the price was extremely reasonable. Other companies were charging about $1200-$2000 for us to rent the limo for a few hours, we only ended up paying about $600 for 5 hours with cloud 9, which was an UNBELIEVABLE DEAL! The limo was exactly what we had expected, We had a fairly large wedding party and surprisingly there was enough room to fit our photographer and videographer comfortably. Our driver Al was very nice and delivered excellent service. We got the red carpet treatment, champagne was complimentary, and the drive was smooth. In addition we were on a tight schedule since we went to different photo sites to take pictures within the city of San Francisco....our driver AL got us to every place on time and kept us updated every minute as to how we were doing with time. We were very pleased with the service we got from Cloud 9 and would definitely book with them again if we ever have the need to rent another limo.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a limo service,and I've used many. The booking staff was friendly, but the driver should start looking for another profession. She messed up the pickup, got lost at every stop, and did not seem to know the difference between right and left, even though she had a navigation system. Due to her lack of being able to follow directions, our party of 11 ended up being 45 minutes late to our destination, causing our event photographer to wait and be late for our anniversary party. She dropped our cooler full of expensive wine worth about $600 on the ground and cracked one of the bottles as she pulled it out of the trunk. We also ended up being late getting home since she took a wrong turn and got lost out in the middle of nowhere in Almaden. When I called to report this to the booking agent, she apologized and assured me she would escalate to upper management. I never got a call, so called back a week later and spoke with the general manager, who assured me he would look into it and get back to me in 24 hours. Two weeks later, and still no call back. AND, to top it all off, the company had the gall to charge me an extra $255 for "overtime," even though our trip to the restaurant in the same city where we live (less than 15 miles away ) and back took an hour and a half longer than needed due to the driver's inability to understand directions from her nav system. The nav system would say to turn left, and she would go to the right...seriously. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company, and will NEVER use Cloud 9 again. Very disappointing and ruined my special family event, since I had to watch the driver like a hawk and correct her each time she took a wrong turn, got on the wrong freeway, started driving into the middle of nowhere, etc. The whole point of a limo is to be able to relax and have fun, and this was very stressful and not fun at all for me or my 10 guests.

After getting 3 limo companies quotes, I went ahead and booked an event with cloud 9 limousine & they are located on the border of San Jose & Santa Clara. They were the best priced and follow through with all communications. They also called me to confirm a couple of days before the event to see if anything had changed. The office person that I spoke to was Griselda & she was truly amazing. The limo driver was Kenny and he showed up right on time & I have NO complaints. Thank you Cloud 9 limousine for a great night...

When I initially booked my event with this company I received a very professional response but since COVID it's like this company is a ghost town. The service I booked and put a deposit for was canceled the day before the event and not because they reached out to me. I called to update them on details for the following day and after finalizing pick up and drop off locations they decided they could not provide me with the service. The young mán said I would be refunded either through check or through my original payment. Almost 2 months later and I have received nothing. I called their answering service and they asked me to respond to my confirmation email and management would get back to me well I have already responded to my confirmation email in September when I was trying to figure out if they can help me with my service date and still I have heard nothing. I informed the "answering" service that has already failed me in the past and he just repeatedly continued to say he can not help me with getting my refund. I've been super patient but I just can't give this company a positive review if they refuse to assist me with a service they canceled and took my money anyways.

I called several companies looking for a vehicle that would take ~20 teens from Redwood City to San Francisco for Prom. Cloud 9 were able to give me 2 one way transfers, so I did not have to rent for the 4 hours that the kids were at Prom. I ended up saving a bit, over the hourly rate. The kids had a great time and the parents were very impressed with the White H2 Hummer!
