The interior of this location is really cool with lots of coffee tools and fresh roasting stations. You can tell they are very into the process. I found the nitro drink a little bit sour for my taste, but the honey sesame was more balanced. I'd try one of their classics next time. There is outdoor seating - a couple of tables out in front which is great. The parking lot is in a popular grocery/food area so it's large but can get busy!

Nice coffees. They've got seating outside and in, so you have various seating options. As for food there's plenty of pastries, but few gluten free options. In terms of gluten free, they have cheese sticks and oatmeal cups.

Cute place, plenty of parking, few nice breakfast options. Coffee was 3/5 I've had better. The place isn't very quiet so if you want to get some work done make sure you have noise canceling headphones. At the end of the day it's a cafe not a library so just be aware.

Service: It was super busy but the baristas were on point! Location: It's a very bright space, but one of the more cramped and loud cafes I've visited in the area. It's not a great space to work or stay too long. Not bad, just slightly chaotic Drink: To be fair- I only visited once! But my drink was somehow sweet yet bitter at the same time which was a little odd. It was served in a sort of boba cup, so I had a large portion but it broke my brain a little.

This is a special lil spot. Their hours are really convenient since they open early and close later than plenty of coffee shops. They have a wide variety of beans from different locations and really knowledgeable baristas. Pastries are fresh (most of the time) and the wraps are made fresh to order. Everything is reasonably priced. Only thing I could say is there's too many signs and options and it can get overwhelming. Loved their pumpkin cream top over cold brew. Can really taste that they use fresh and more whole ingredients. This spot is not a home run for me, since the first time I went my pastry was stale, and the tables are so extremely jam packed in there hard for a variety of body sizes to be comfortable and it feels cramped. Otherwise definitely a go to

Delicious coffee. Helpful staff willing to answer questions. A clean, minimalist vibe. Not tons of seating but so far I've always found a seat. Mostly walk-away orders I guess.

They're pretty accurate on their wait time when you order ahead. It's not a big location, some tables inside for working or chatting. They roast on-site.

I love the avocado toast but please put it back on DoorDash I called just now and they said it was on there from their end but it's not showing up :( The blueberry mascarpone is also good but please put back the avocado toast uppppp

I've been on the hunt for a coffee shop to read, write, and relax and I think Coffee & Water Lab has definitely made the list of places I'd stay in. Patrons were welcomed throughout the 2 hours I've been here and the staff are all efficient baristas. I had asked one of them for their recommendation and it was a great recommendation at that. (He recommend the honey lavender latter - which many other patrons ordered too) Their avocado toast was delicious, the bread nice and soft but still toasty and had many flavors to it as well. The vibe of the shop is good for studying, catching up with friends, or just simply for a quick pick me up. I recommend this cafe if you're in the area!

I finally made it here! I've passed by and on weekends that parking lot is packed so I avoid it, but I finally went during the week and parking was easy. They have some seating outside and inside the establishment. I got an iced toasted caramel latte and an avocado toast. It is pricey - for both items I paid about $18, but as a once in awhile treat, it was perfect because both items were delicious. Staff was also really nice and the service was quick, I was in and out in about 5 min. Highly recommend checking them out if you have the chance.
