I have used this travel agency since 2005 for my first cruise. From there on, every cruise there after! Barbie, the owner of the company, is great and at your service! If she is not there, she updates her girls there to make sure they know what's going on when you need to talk to them. Nancy, who works there is great as well! I have worked with them not only with cruises but also with flights as well. They know the ins and outs of things and can assist without any hesitation. When I was not sure about something I would either call or email, and they would always assist me and help me with my plannings! And ASAP too!! The reason why I use Cruises Etc is because I get that ease of mind thing. Everything is taken care of for me as I like, all I have to do is just charge my card. As I am yelping them, I think it's about time I plan a Mediterranean Cruise! Yay!!!

First off, I'd just like to share that i'm not big on writing reviews, in fact I've never wrote one. And, i have never used a travel agency before. I stumbled upon Cruises Etc on Google. But the kind of service I have received from Barbie and Nancy at Cruises etc has been so exceptional, that It deserves recognition. Not only are they sweet and kind, they always return your calls, emails, in a timely manner, and they have made my life so much easier in planning this bachelor/bachelorette cruise. You can trust in them that they will get you the best deal, and they will go above and beyond to make sure that you have a smooth and seemless trip. Words can not explain how much I appreciate their help, and I know I wouldn't have been able to do half the things they helped us with. Not only have they helped me with this cruise, but they are helping me plan my honeymoon, and what can i say other than THANK YOU! they gave us incredible advice on where to go, in fact, they are the reason we chose to go to Fiji. And again, have done nothing but go above and beyond in finding us the perfect place and itinerary to make sure our honeymoon is unforgettable. You can rest easy if you decide to use Cruises Etc. I know for myself, that I will continue to consult with them on any vacation, cruise, etc i ever decide to do in the future.

My longtime TA retired and we engaged Barbie for our frequent travels. Just after we did, travel was curtailed due to Covid and we had to cancel some trips. Barbie used strategy from her longtime career in travel and got us major refunds. I just had to make a major trip East with specific requirements. Barbie was amazing in planning and executing the trip and several big changes. She is great at follow up and I can't wait to go back to our usual frequent travel schedule and start planning with her. There is no substitute for an experienced, competent travel advisor and Barbie is both. I highly recommend her services.

Barbie was a wonderful help planning our two trips to Europe. She saved us money compared to hotels I found online using Tripadvisor, Kayak, Bookings.com, etc and she found nicer places. In Rome I saw a hotel that had looked good to me online and it turned out to be on a 4-lane road. I wouldn't have liked that. All the hotels recommended by Cruises Etc were in our budget and very nice. Thank you Cruises Etc for helping us plan excellent vacations and saving me money too.
