It's Domino's. I don't expect much. I've been a customer for a while and I'm giving it a 1 star as opposed to the 2 stars I would have given 2 years ago. They are fast. I'll give them that. But it's all gone downhill, especially in the last year. I picked up my order last night, and it was the final straw. 1) There's never any parking because their delivery drivers take up every space and even park in non spaces, making it a nightmare once you try to leave. The lot is already tiny and you risk hitting a parked car or someone idling as they run in. They could easily park on the street instead of making customers deal with that mess. 2) In addition to that, homeless people are setting up near the parked cars so that's another layer. It's extremely dangerous, and they're not living in reality, sadly. It's a tragedy waiting to happen. 3) The food has gone so far down hill. Half the time, the crust is undercooked. If you indicate well done, they burn it entirely. The cheese is rarely melted. They are incredibly stingy with toppings. A year ago, they cut toppings in half--especially the cheese. Last night, even ordering extra cheese, it was 1/3 of a normal stingy amount. Some areas weren't even covered with anything except a burnt smudge of sauce. The sauce is watered down and looks more like dollar store tomato sauce than pizza sauce. No flavor. Meat was questionable and tasted like sausage, but wasn't. Even the lava cakes were burnt. 3) $50 for a large pizza, a 2 L of soda and lava cakes. I could get more food at McDs across the street for $20. 4) Oblivious employees. I ordered carside bc of the parking issues. I get there and no parking. Marked myself there. Then watch as two employees just stood there staring into space. The guys in the back were hustling. One guy dealt with walk-ins. After like 5 minutes, someone comes from the back--opens the door looking frantic. Leaves. Comes back. Five minutes later, he does it again. At that point, I was calling them except they weren't answering. Staring into space was too taxing. God help you if you want to call in an order. That guy finally notices me. I had my blinker on as they suggest. He was apparently trying to find me. It's a tiny lot. Meanwhile, my food is pretty cold. No acknowledgement or apology for the long wait. Then I had to try to avoid a delivery driver ramming into the lot without watching for people leaving. Last time I'll be going here. I'll just order decent pizza and pay door dash to deal with the hassle.

I always pride myself on speaking about the good not the bad. Do not use this location for Dominoes. The tracker is not accurate, you call them and they say it's "your" error. I have one address in my app, my address. Simple as. No apology, it's my fault. Horrible customer service today, based on that I won't ever order from them again. Shame on you franchise.

WTH!!!! My husband just picked up a Large pizza with 5 toppings,Banana peppers, Mushrooms,Ham,Black olives,Garlic...and they put jalapeño peppers instead of Banana peppers!even though I didn't ask for that! I can't have Jalapeños!The cheese was not even completely melted!! not even done yet! ask for Garlic, no Garlic either.last time i ordered my pizza they didn't put Banana peppers instead they added Bacon.They add what ever they want,Look at how much toppings they put on my pizza last night! The pizza and deals are great but if you require plates, cheese/pepper packets this location no longer provides those. Such a shame because this was my go to for one stop shopping. The Garrett and Round Table offer plates, shredded cheese & pepper packets

Got home to find out there was no sausage on my pizza, the rest of the toppings were so skimpy you couldn't taste anything. You could see more cheese than toppings. Basically tasteless and a waste of time and money. Easily the worst pizza i've ever had.

Very difficult to find parking - there's only 1 spot in front and seems like the delivery driver parks there. I placed an order online for pickup and went to pick up my pizza within 10 mins. I ordered a medium pepperoni, cheese, and pineapple pizza. I liked that they did a great job at scattering the toppings evenly throughout. Some cons were that the pizza was extremely oily which caused the bottom of the pizza to be soggy and seep through the box. Glad I have an air fryer at home to re-toast it to get that extra crispiness.

We love the Dominos on Del Mar Avenue in San Jose, California. We've been ordering here for years The food is always prepared well and is piping hot when we open the box. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza is one of our favorites. Great staff at Del Mar! Thank you for all the great pizza and service!
