Don't come to this Hotel motel thinking there's breakfast here sure it says grab and go but the only thing there is are little packs of oatmeal. I almost died they can't at least provide a decent muffin. Never again

From the moment we arrived at Extended Stay America, we were met with an overflowing trash can right outside the entrance--a lovely first impression. Check-in itself was smooth, but things quickly went downhill from there. Our room was dated and honestly just sad. The bed had no bed skirt, leaving the metal frame exposed--at least we didn't have to worry about monsters hiding underneath, I suppose. The TV was placed so awkwardly that we had to rotate the entire stand just to see it from either the bed or the couch. Clearly, no one thought the layout through. After a long night out at an event, we were looking forward to sleeping in. No such luck. At 10 a.m., the front desk called our room to ask if we wanted to extend our stay. If I wanted to stay longer, I would've handled that the night before--not exactly the wake-up call I was hoping for. Then, just 15 minutes later, housekeeping was banging on our door. Do the employees not communicate at all? As we left, we were greeted again by the same overflowing trash can, now even worse than before. It was the perfect final image to sum up our stay. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this location to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere

My stay here was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I wasn't even acknowledged by the staff ( Dawn at the front desk & later by Heide who came) They were too busy talking amongst themselves, arguing, and having conversations about which room to give me, understandably, but communicating with the guest should be a priority. To make matters worse, they were making a fuss about the fact that more people were arriving for check-in, but they had no rooms available for them either. This left me feeling like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest. The vibe felt off from the start, and it became clear that this wasn't a traditional hotel--the place seemed more like a temporary residence, with several people actually living there long-term. Upon check-in (I arrived around 4:15- didn't get a room until close to 5pm) I was told there was no room available, which was frustrating. The elevator was also broken, and it didn't help that there was no sign indicating it wasn't working--people would try to use it, only to be met with attitude from the staff. A simple sign would've been nice. When I finally got to my room, I was disappointed. The place looked sketchy--paint chips everywhere, hair on the floor, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The room I initially booked wasn't available, but they upgraded me to a "deluxe suite." However, it still didn't make up for the condition of the hotel as the room was nothing like the pictures advertised. To top it off, there were no rooms available for anyone else who arrived after me. It's clear they overbooked or just weren't prepared for guests. I didn't feel comfortable or safe here, so I ended up checking out early and didn't stay the night. Overall, this was a 1/10 experience. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable or comfortable stay.

** Stay Away from This Place ** I came here expecting a half way decent average stay and it has been terrible. If you can find staff, they are usually pretty nice and friendly. Rooms are very dated and NOT in good shape! Mixed crowd of people and some are VERY LOUD in the hotel. They have very little silver ware for the rooms and usually cannot give you a full set of towels either. Sad Sad Sad!! Plenty of hotels around that are much better and cleaner.

The hotel all around is filthy, there's over flowing trash cans out side, the manager is very rude and also treats guest horribly. A lot of people staying there live there so you can only imagine house disgusting the place is, I experienced bed bugs on the first floor. They also barge in your room while you're sleeping or they'll bang on your door at 6am and check out isn't until 11. I would never stay there again.

Sadly, our experience was really bad :( We checked in at 4 and our room wasn't ready yet. After waiting 15-20 mins we were given a room and when we got to the assigned room--housekeeping was still working on it so we had to drag all our stuff back down to get another room. Everything was pretty outdated in the room and there was a funny smell in the elevator, hallways, and the room itself. We were out at an event and when we came back at late at night our keys weren't working!! So we had to go back downstairs again to get it sorted out. It was a bad experience but I think they are renovating and hopefully making things more organized.

It is really easy to not have roaches: you pay an exterminator a monthly fee to take care of it. This hotel has not paid that fee. No picture of the roach because I killed it. I've stayed here in the past and had no problems. This stay: spider in my bed, roach in the bathroom. It's late at night so I can't leave now. But I'm never coming back. This place has gone to hell. I'm checking out early tomorrow and if I have to sleep on my office floor tomorrow, I will. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I wasn't judging for the spider in my bed, even though I can tell it's because the sheets aren't clean...but something you can fix with a simple monthly service? Never again. Never.

Where to start - While the outside is somewhat clean, the interior needs HELP! Because I travel with two small dogs, I called the toll-free number so they could note that I do have two dogs as there was no place to state this when I reserved my room. The person who checked me in was quite pleasant and friendly to all. With that said, it would have been nice had she mentioned the time for breakfast that is on the website as grab-n-go. Also, the website states that the kitchen is fully furnished. And evidently, I wasted my time when I made the phone call to let this location know that I have dogs, strike one. I go back to my vehicle to get the pups and start to unload. When I got up to my room on the second floor and away from all the exits, I was not happy. Why do I bother to make the phone call and ask for a room close to an exit? I entered the room with my cooler and started to unload it when I discovered there is NOTHING as far as utensils, plates, coffee mug, paper towels NOTHING but a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. If I wanted anything I would have to go to the desk and request it. And no, the front desk person hadn't bothered to mention this, strike two. The kitchen sink drained extremely slow and was the only sink that had a stopper in it. Okay, I have now retrieved my luggage and dog supplies. I start to get things set up or put away. The electrical outlet behind the nightstand had seen better days, see picture. I have now noticed that both the bathroom sink and bathtub had no stopper, just an open hole. There are none of the usual amenities such as the small shampoo or lotion nor a dirty laundry bag. I then noticed that the clothing rack was broken, see picture. And if you happened to look up, there was a "patched" hole in the ceiling, hmmm. Trying to come up with a different route to the outside that wouldn't require the elevator, I tried a couple of the stairwells but quickly went back into the hallway as the two stairwells that I tried smelled of urine. The trash room was literally full of trash. There were two large containers that were overflowing and lots of trash bags on the floor. This was a constant issue every day. Okay, I am only here for 5 nights so I will rough it. Fast forward to the next morning. I go down to "breakfast". When the website said "grab-n-go", they truly meant that. They only offered hot coffee, black tea, or hot chocolate for beverages. There were prepackaged granola-type bars, one type of muffin, or oatmeal. The oatmeal would be eaten out of the hot cup, oh wait! You have to ask for a cup without a spoon! Every morning, I had to ask for a cup and several mornings a muffin. This was now strike three. I have made it to the morning that I am leaving. I have gone down to get my hot chocolate and muffin. There are no cups, no hot chocolate, no muffins, and no one at the front desk. There is a nicely typed note in a plastic holder asking for your patience and the front desk person is helping another guest. I wait a few minutes and only see someone running around the halls spraying air freshener. As I waited, I looked at the hot water urn and I have now decided that hot chocolate is out of the question and the spout of the urn is gross! I guess I will stop back later and get a muffin. I go back upstairs and pack my stuff, shower, etc. I go back downstairs at 9:20 to try and get a muffin and the luggage cart so I can get my belongings out in one trip. The sign that was at the front desk is STILL at the front desk. I see that there is no coffee or hot water urn, no stand for the coffee extras like sugar, creamer, etc, no granola bars NOTHING. A youngster had come down just before 9:30 holding a thermal pitcher wanting hot water. He is looking and looking around for the desk person and starts saying "Excuse me" trying to get someone's attention. Please keep in mind that it is now after 9:30 and breakfast is over. The lady dressed in a sweatshirt with no Extended Stay logo but some other logo that came out of the back flatly stated to this young boy that breakfast was over at 9:30 and refused to get him hot water. When I stepped in and mentioned that the "breakfast" area had not been maintained during the stated time, the lady started telling me that if I needed help I should have said something to her as she had seen me when she was spraying the hallway. She is telling me that she is the only one there etc. There was absolutely no way to talk with the person. This is the final straw! I have stayed at Extended Stay America off and on since 2015 but after this, I will drive a little further.

Sam is a horrible Manager who accused me of lying about bugs in my room. Night one switched rooms, the next morning woke up to a bug (roach) in my new room. I cut my stay short. This hotel is infested!

Roach hell ! Probably have your vehicle broken into and only if you have dogs maybe stay there: Some staff are just fantastic kind helpful people but then there's those power tripping ones that make it so you can't hear a word their spewing off cause you just are wondering what wrong turn they took to end up in a job they hate so much.
