Kenneth at the front desk was the BIGGEST help, literally the angel my mother and I needed. Our flights got delayed for hours and we needed a hotel at 2am coming into San Jose, we had already been calling places for about an hour, and I had been up for almost 48 hours, so I was super exhausted and miserable. It's funny because he actually answered the phone and I didn't realize it yet, I was frustrated and my mom and I were complaining and cursing to each other, then I heard Kenneth say "...uh hello?" LOL. Anyway, he ended up helping us out w/ a two queen bedroom w/ a balcony and the room is super clean and super nice. The parking was plentiful. TV's are nice, we have a fridge, a microwave, and he gave us two free waters as well which we really needed! He was incredibly nice, funny, knowledgeable, and personable. THANKS KENNETH! keep being amazing!!! :D

This is a great place to stay. I got there early around 10am and got to check into my room early. What a delightful was to start off my stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Anna at the front desk is the best. She really knows her stuff. I like the guys who give you the rides to and from the airport from the hotel in the shuttle bus. This way you do not have to take an Uber to get there. They just remodel the place and it looks great.. I really liked the complimentary breakfast they give you as well. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Nice hotel with airport shuttle. Walking distance to restaurants... water was provided. The room was well done, clean, and had lovely decorative shades to keep the street and airfield lights at bay. Multilingual staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn't stay here my coworker did, I did however park here and hang out in the lobby. I guess this was the only hotel available near the office we were headed to. The parking seemed small and the inside was okay nothing to write home about. Starbucks and some food next to it.

This review is long overdue. I have stayed here a few times recently and each time have had a great experience. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. The lobby and entire hotel inside and out is always clean. Walking around we always see workers actively working and they always say good morning or hello. I'm not sure what the previous review was talking about with the small parking lot. It's huge lol, wraps around the entire property so you can park close to your room. I recommend getting a room facing the courtyard because you will forget you're in San Jose. Once we walk into the courtyard it feels like we're in a tropical destination, it's a nice getaway. The complimentary breakfast is great and they have so many options for a great breakfast. I will continue to come back to this location as each time is better than the last. My only complaint is to the patrons.... For the love of god. If you have children with you, stay on the bottom floor. Please have some respect for others and not ask for the top floor knowing your kids will be running or jumping like animals.

In for a night after a late flight, and slept in a comfortable bed, in a well appointed room, had a good breakfast, and pleasant dealings with the staff. The location is very close to SJC airport, and definitely worth consideration, if in need. Also right next to the Bay 101 casino.

We are repeat customers from Hawaii and have always enjoyed our stay here at the Fairfield SJC. We are good friends with one of the staff members and have always been treated well. Until tonight, the people above our room (we are in rm 118) were stomping and running across the floor from abt 7pm and it is now 9pm. I spoke with Anthony at the front desk and assured me that he would call the person. Whether he did or not, I cant say but the stompin and nuisance continued. I know there is nothing you can do about this, and dont want to upset any nuisance driven patrons to your hotel. It has happened on other stays but, didnt say anything till now. I hope you folks can enforce some rule, go up and talk to the troublemakers to be considerate.

This hotel is a motel style hotel. They serve good breakfast and my favorite part of this hotel, is that there's a Starbucks, pizza, burger, pho and Indian curry restaurant steps away from the hotel. I was on the bottom floor and you can hear people above you walking but didn't bother me much. I didn't hear any voices. The room has a sliding door where you can open to walk straight out for some fresh air. Many sitting areas outside. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a horrendously managed and outdated property, staying in. Motel 6 or Super 8 will feel like a four diamond hotel after this... why? - first impression - hotel is boarded up, bare plywood is all over the lobby entrance - there were disgusting hairs left all over the shower - the A/C is set to blow frigid air on your head - back - I had to sleep with my feet facing the headboard and cover the AC with a towel - there's no housekeeping and they don't tell you up front - the gym runs out of towels regularly and there no cleaning supplies to clean machines between uses - the pool is "closed until further notice" - breakfast is microwaved gas station burritos - free airport shuttle seems always unavailable because the driver is always on break - I ended up walking from the airport to the hotel in 15 minutes. I would avoid this property.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location was great! Just a few minutes from the airport and around ten minutes from downtown. It's right next to a strip center with some diverse food options so walking to dinner would be quick and easy. The parking was straight forward. You get a parking permit to display on your dash and there was plenty of parking spots available. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave and decent water pressure. Every room has a balcony and in the center of the hotel is a landscaped courtyard with pool and hot tub which gave it a slightly resort type of feel. Breakfast was great. A good spread of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit, croissant, waffle, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, and various pastries. I would definitely stay here again
