Thanks so much to Cynthia for being a great wedding coordinator on my crazy wedding day 8-1-15! She kept the whole day smooth sailing and on schedule, I didn't have to worry about a thing even though I was a nervous wreck and naturally a control freak, she assured me that everything is under control and all as planned. Fairytale Events Equals Money Well Spent! Working with Cynthia Guerrero of Fairytale Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! With less than one month before our August wedding, my fiancée and I decided to look for a backdrop designer who could double as a day-of-event coordinator. Considering that we had a limited budget, we tempered our wish list. Much to our delight, we were introduced to Cynthia's work by an event coordinator at the Embassy Suites (Milpitas, CA). From the minute we spoke on the phone, we found her to be friendly, professional, and brimming with creativity. We admired her willingness to work with "any budget" and she had no reservations in providing us with an affordable, all-inclusive price quote at the end of our initial conversation. Once we communicated our preferences, she worked diligently with our Catering Manager at the Embassy Suites to turn our vision into reality. Indeed, Cynthia made it so we did not have "sweat" any of the small details on our wedding day. Planning the Details: Cynthia listened intently to what was important to us (e.g., design style, color palette, etc.). She was resourceful and offered creative solutions to stretch our limited budget that included providing online resources, recommending local discount fabric stores, etc. In addition, Ms. Guerrero helped us finalize the wedding itinerary down to the most finite detail in an effort to ensure that our event ran smoothly. Day before the Wedding: Although she was not contracted to do so, Cynthia attended our wedding rehearsal to personally meet and greet our family members. Additionally, she ensured that our designated wedding contacts knew how to contact her if they needed help with anything. She was even kind enough to check in on us to ask if there were any last-minute preparations that she could assist with. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and uncanny attention to detail. Day of the Wedding: From start to finish, Cynthia was there for us. More important, we were absolutely awed by her beautiful transformation of our reception ballroom. Not only did she far exceed our vision for the space, but she truly did convert our banquet room into the moniker of her business...nothing short of a "fairytale event"! For instance, the design of our sweetheart table was breathtaking--replete with chiffon swags, candles, mood and stage lighting, crystal accents, etc. Her rendition of a classic candy station far exceeded our expectations! Indeed, our wedding guests are still raving about the stunning display of apothecary jars, assorted candies, lights, etc., that Cynthia was able to create. Moreover, Ms. Guerrero's efforts have helped to keep our wedding the "talk of the town" nearly two months AFTER our wedding! Some of our attendees have even conceded that our wedding was among the most visually stunning weddings that they have ever attended! Summary: Fairytale Events offers a competitive price point to prospective couples that is accompanied by unparalleled customer service. Cynthia is able to work her "magic" with budgets ranging from small to large, while offering value-added services that further enhance the quality and comprehensiveness of her business.
