Renee had helped us organize 2nd birthday party of our twins last year in our backyard and it went amazingly well! She worked with us close to a month before the event to plan this and specially gave us options for vendors based on our needs. She came in early with her assistant to get the floor for the baby shark theme ready and help us setup the tables, and contact the vendors and talk to them for the event coordination. We had the food vendor, puppet show host and the balloon guy and with Renee around it was so nice and relaxing as we didn't have to worry on those and spend great time with our kids and the guests. Highly recommended!

Renee and her team made our wedding day amazing. She designed both the ceremony and reception spaces and her team was able to flip the venue from ceremony to reception. Working with her was so fun. She is so kind and so sweet. We looked over my inspiration board and determined the key elements my husband and I wanted to see. Every step of the way, she checked in with us to get our vision perfectly. She made sure she used the right shade pink for the ceremony arch and chairs. She listened to any design suggestions we had for the seating chart display. She also figured out how to weave in her rattan, wooden, and capiz shell accessories and rentals to incorporate some of my South East Asian heritage during our wedding day. The end result was beautiful. Both the ceremony and reception spaces were light, dreamy, and full of pastels. Thank you Renee!

Renée and her team did a fantastic job to host the first ever party for our 7 month old daughter.. The party was about celebrating our baby girl's important milestone of starting solid foods (Annaprashan as we call it) - which is celebrated in our Hindu custom.. We had about 50 people on the guest list and the color theme that I envisioned for the party was pink, gold and white. I was looking to host the event in our backyard. With meticulous planning, Renée and her team took care of everything from the get-go! I barely had to spend anytime worrying about the decor, the seating arrangements, the cake designs etc. My guests thoroughly loved the logistics at the party and everyone had word of praises for the lovely decor, styling and overall vibe of the party.. Thankyou so much for making the event so memorable for our friends and family.. we greatly appreciate it! I had some guests asking for Renée's contact details post the event so that they could use her services later on for their own parties/events - that speaks volumes about great job Renée did for our event. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to host events and creating lifetime of memories!

ALERT : Long review This review is coming in a year late. Renee (house of vivid designs) organized our baby shower last year. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. WE ARE A REPEAT CUSTOMER as Renee is organizing our daughter's first birthday this year as well. Renee set up a beautiful backdrop, elegant cocktail tables and a mimosa bar. The dessert carts looked classy. She also brought in nice cutleries and champagne chutes for the event. The desserts were very beautiful and delicious. For further details on the process, read the following two sections - Planning * Renee came up with a lot of good ideas and options on decorations and desserts. This was extremely useful for us as we were hosting such an event for the first time. * She took detailed photographs of our backyard (venue) which made ideation and brainstorming very easy over the phone. * We felt a part of the process all the way through as Renee was very open and receptive to our ideas and feedback. * Renee is upfront about the prices and is open to moving and changing things around as per the budget. * Renee ensures that she is available for her clients. Never ever did it happen once that we were left waiting for a phone call. * Renee likes to plan for details to avoid surprises on the day of the event. Execution * Renee was present herself on the day of the event. She oversaw each detail. * Renee was very cordial with the guests - adults and kids. She interacted very politely with everyone, kept everyone engaged and was able to push (when required) to keep the event moving. We were able to successfully complete all the planned activities. * Renee collaborated very effectively with the food-caterer. Never did it feel that we were dealing with two different providers. Renee ensured that food handover was smooth and assumed complete ownership thereon. * Some of our family and friends decided to stay beyond the stipulated time of the event. Renee and her staff showed great maturity and understanding in continuing to be polite with the guests and never rushed to close the event. * Renee's staff did an incredible job of clean-up after the event too.

I was looking to find someone who could set up a Bridal Shower picnic. Found Renee on Yelp and her communication throughout our time together was wonderful. Renee was much more professional than a lot of the other event planners I reached out to on Yelp which I found incredibly helpful. She came in with great ideas and made sure to incorporate my vision of the picnic. I mentioned teal was the bride's favorite color and Renee did an amazing job with all of the thoughtful, seasonal touches. Our group was beyond impressed! The lights and throw blankets at night were definitely something to remember. Would be more than happy to work with Renee again. I think my only suggestion next time is that the grand total be more in line with the initial quote, or the change in price be communicated. We were more than happy to accommodate for the additional details, but it would have been nice to understand the 50% increase. But again, would highly recommend Renee, she definitely is an amazing and thoughtful event planner.
