Cute food truck! Seemed like they were friendly with regulars/previous customers but we just ordered via the self service kiosk because we had our dogs with us. Crème brûlée latte (iced) - 9/10 My partner got this drink and he typically doesn't like coffee too much because it's bitter but he really liked this one! Nice and sweet for him. Though he did comment that after eating the crepe, the latte was less sweet. Kamoa Mocha (hot) - 8/10 It was light and sweet! It didn't feel heavy in my mouth or stomach and not too bitter. I love a good mocha!! It also wasn't burning hot so I could drink it pretty quickly. Maui (Crème brûlée) crepe - 7/10 We got it without pistachio nuts (sadly) but it was a nice and simple sweet crepe. The coconut whipped crème was a nice addition. I think the nuts would've added a bit more crunchy texture but can't know for sure. My dogs really wanted a piece of it LOL Overall, good coffee and a sweet spot ;)

LOVE this coffee truck! I used to always see my night shift coworkers posting pics of their morning coffee on IG and wondered where they were getting it... Turns out, Kona Island Coffee Truck is parked right outside our hospital complex! I didn't realize they also stayed out a little past lunchtime until I started working day shifts, and now it's my go-to midday pick me up. I'm not big on sweet drinks, but my coworkers swear by their Captain Cook iced lattes. I always go for their medium roast Kona pour-overs- smooth, rich, and never bitter. Jorge and his team are incredibly hospitable, friendly, and do a great job keeping service fast and efficient- especially when there's a long line of nurses and docs waiting during peak hours! The best part- you can order ahead to skip the line! Their hours and location can vary on some days + weekends- so be sure to check their Instagram stories for where they'll be heading!

Love the concept but nothing too special. If I'm in the area would give it another try. Felt like it was missing that Kona coffee flavor but it could be overpowered by the flavors and sweeteners. I'd prefer less of the artificial flavors and a more natural taste (house made vanilla, coconut or macadamia milk, etc) to let the Kona stand out. The spot itself was easy to access parked on a street with lots of street parking. Not much in terms of ambience given it's a food truck. I ordered from the counter but there's also a kiosk.

The pick me up I needed while waiting for my baby to arrive to the world. The coffee was great and the ube-banana bread was tasted and a great twist to a traditional pastry.

This coffee was parked in front of scvmc hospital. I only got to try the coconut matcha. Although it was good, I was hoping for a more matcha forward drink. It was mainly coconut. I'll be sure to come back and try the other coffees. Coffee was made pretty quick, and service was friendly.

Happened to be at Valley medical center. I saw the coffee trailer on the way inside. I've seen this place pop up on my coffee searches,but was never near by. I walked up to place my order. They have a electronic kiosk to place your order and pay. They are next to a couple of different food trailers. There's no tables nearby,but I assume that most people take it back to where they are working. We got a Kona island latte and a Hilo latte,both iced. The Kona latte was just the right balance of expresso and sweetness. The Hilo was really sweet and ube tasting. Probably should have asked for less sweet.

Cheehooo! Little taste of the islands with their Kona blends. I door dashed my order since this was a bit far from where I live and it still tasted good. I ordered their Iced Island Latte w/ coconut whipped cream and their Hawaiian bread. - iced island latte 8.5/10: surprisingly it's not super sweet at all. It balances out with the nutty macnut flavor and subtle coconut taste. On DoorDash, it gave me the option of choosing coconut whipped cream but it actually tastes like macadamia nuts - Hawaiian bread 7.5/10: Slightly sweet, not the moistest bread but it was still good. I could definitely tastes the coconut, passionfruit, and mango that's "infused" in it but again, very subtle

So I've actually had coffee from them a few times to give it an honest go. First time we had it was early in the month. I had an Iced Kona Latte, my wife had the Crème brûlée and we shared a banana bread slice we actually waited awhile to get. My Iced latte was ok, it had a subtle macadamia hit to it. The crème brûlée was kind of sweet but had a nutty background to it. The banana bread slice we had was actually very dry so we passed on eating it after I had a bite. Second go round she ordered a fancy latte and I had a sip. Again, it was ok. Just didn't do it for me. I want to like it, it's in front of the hospital where they enter and exit so it's convenient when I pick her up.

I swear I did one of these reviews before, but maybe it was too long ago since as I checked in this review, Buttin popped up for me. Anyways, I've been going to this mobile coffee shop for quite some time I want to say at least two years maybe three and every time I've always received amazing customer service, delicious tasty Kona coffee flavors and I have a very sensitive stomach so I love Hawaiian coffee! Beautiful Presentations of crêpes and seasonal islander drinks!! I also love their hot teas and iced Matcha strawberry lattes! I actually like to keep mine in the fridge for a night and let the freeze dried strawberries moisten up and then I can eat them the next day, As I enjoy my drink! Lol They're Maui crêpe is delicious with the fresh warm crème brûlée topping. OMG it's like a savory sweet dessert and perfect!! I will continuously come here!!

ordered from the truck that was visiting an apartment complex in San Jose. Got the coffee that has ube whipped cream on it and this was yum. My friend left a little fomo and asked to buy the same whipped cream and they topped off her drink on the house. This was really nice I also got the chocolate macadamia nuts and honestly finished them inn1 day. Dangerously delicious
