First time using this service and had a wonderful experience, Carlos and his team were excellent. Did a wonderful job for the baby shower. We were very pleased with their hospitality and delicious food and preparation. We would definitely hire them again for future events. all of our family and guest were so pleased and thankful for This service and could not stop praising the delicious and flavorful food. My interaction with Carlos was perfect. Extremely responsive answered all my questions and very professional and made the day a huge success.

Ulises came on time and delivered some amazing tacos and service for my sister's taco themed bridal shower. He was so engaging with the guests with small talk as he was serving them some yummy tacos! The salsas are wonderful. Try the rojo if you like spicy! The meats were perfectly seasoned. The package we ordered we got a generous choice of 3 meats and condiments. Clean up was a cinch. Ulysses packed up and left the space like he was never there. So clean and professional. We had many guests inquire about their services. Thank you!

I hired La Carreta to cater a 50th birthday party. I was so disappointed with the food and the agua de horchata. The food had no flavor and the rice was not edible and had to be all thrown out. They did not tell my guests I had ordered the extra quesadillas until I went to get a plate and asked but by then all my guest had eaten. The agua de horchata was that, water with a tint of horchata, all again was thrown out. I contacted the owner to discuss this and basically they said sorry and nothing else. I was so embarrassed to hear my guest complain about the food. This is the worst taquiza I have ever hired to cater an event. If you do not want to be embarrassed, don't serve their food at your next event, stay away from La Carreta. I wish someone warned me. Update since I cannot answer your response. She did leave rice on table and again nobody touched it so I threw it away. same with the horchata. No flavor and nobody wanted to make any drinks with it so It was thrown out. I can have all my guest that complained to me write a review if you would like? That way you don't think I am a scammer. I try to support Latino business so you saying I'm a Latino enemy is completely wrong. I don't want anyone to be embarrassed like I was. I take pride in cooking for others, which lacked by your team. So you can let me know if you want my guests to write their own reviews. Thank you

We booked carlos for a birthday party and could not have been happier. His mother actually did our event, and showed up at the park before I even got there. When I arrived, she was getting set up. Everyone loved the food, and she gave us ample warning for last call. She packed up all of the leftovers for us as well. The prices were fair compared to the other companies I called. I would definitely recommend Carlos!

We were recommended Carlos from my godSister we had attended a event where Carlos and his wife were catering. And the food was outstanding, so we had booked him for my daughters 2nd birthday back on Nov of last year. He was very professional and quick. He set his grill up in less than 10 mins and had the food ready to go as soon as guest were coming in. Fast forward to this year my other daughter is turning 1 in June and we are booking him once again. Highly recommend!!

We called him fir a small group birthday party. It went very well. He accommodated our food restrictions and made Jain (no onion,no garlic, no potatoes) vegetarian food. He was quick and pleasant to serve. Our guest really enjoyed the food.

I first had Carlos's delicious tacos at a reunion event. As an event attendee, the food was memorable and delicious, and the made-to-order set up was super fun! The organizers highly recommended his adaptable fresh taco set up, so a few months later, I hired him for a baby shower. Working with Carlos was wonderful. Communication prior to the event was simple (sending along headcount, and three taco choices). The event itself was perfect! He brought absolutely everything for a festive set up, the food was once again delicious, made-to-order and quick. He seamlessly took orders (for three types of tacos or quesadillas) and churned out guests' food requests in less than a minute. We had 25 people attend the shower, and when we were ready to wrap up, he cleaned up/packed up his taco set up, and left us with leftovers. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable. We look forward to booking again!
