Our group booked 30+ hotel rooms and a bunch of flights for a business event abroad. 1 of the 30+ hotel rooms we booked did not have hot water, it took 3+ hours to get a different room. We were looking to get refunded for 1 night stay for 1 room due to this incident and were not accommodated. Everything went well otherwise but the fact that we had to go back and forth so much as well as being made to feel like we did something wrong was not appreciated. I would just use online discount travel or book directly through the hotel I'm staying at rather than work with a travel agent like this.

Helen at Let's Travel is the best. Of course, I could do my own travel but Helen make it easy for me. She does all the leg work so I know I am getting the best price. She handles all the annoying details with special requests when I am traveling with my family. She is familiar with the destinations I am going to and makes really useful suggestions. And if anything goes wrong she is my advocate with the airlines. Will Travelocity do that! I don't think so.
