My kids have a great time today at Luv2play. we have a birthday party. They are so professional. Good services.

Our grandkids love this place. It has a toddler area for our infant Grandson, he love it! Our toddler Granddaughter loves, climbing, jumping, running and sliding down slides as well and playing in the arcade. They have a snack area, it's a great place I would recommend it to everyone.

Ive been coming here for over 3 years. I take a trip, come back and was told I have to pay $10 for a new membership. Ive been a member since before you had auto pay and all these "new" charges. My son had a birthday party here and then we went on vacation. He was excited to go back to your establishment only to find out were getting "double charged" for the membership again. I think its bad business and not family friendly to lose a 3 year loyal member over $10. Just sounds like you guys only care about money. Side note...the team members here are absolutely amazing, nice, and kind. It was the manager that was all about the money and didn't care that we invested 3 years of joyful memories at this establishment. I would STRONGLY read and pay attention to the membership fine print. Also, the manager is not understanding and/or willing to work with you. He would rather rush you off the phone (as there wasn't a manager anywhere around) I would of been happy with $10 game card that's going back to your business anyway but the manager was far from accommodating. Just very sad and disappointing

We had a birthday party booked at luv to play. They were very helpful in planning the whole thing. Kids had a real blast there. Will definitely do another birthday party here again.
