The Mariachi Trio was great! We hired them to perform for our mother's birthday dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant in SF. They arrived on time and were very professional. Daniel is very easy to work with. We had informed them of her favorite mariachi songs and they did not disappoint. The most important part was that their voices blended beautifully and everyone enjoyed their singing.

Mariachi Trio Sol de América played at our event and they were AMAZING!! They knew all the songs that my friends and family requested. There voices were so soothing and the music was BEAUTIFUL! Daniel and his trio were so friendly to everyone. We all just loved them. In terms of the booking process, it was professional and simple. A contract was made with a deposit that secured my booking. They had so many payment options. Because they except PAYPAL CREDIT, I paid in full and was able to pay my booking within 6 months to PayPal. I got to choose how the musicians dressed and everything I needed to address was via email and text. Thank Mariachi TSDA for great performance.

We contracted with Mariachi Trio Sol and everything worked out as planned. The online contract and the punctuality was very much appreciated. Upon arrival they quickly setup, and started. They took a break halfway thru, enjoyed a quick lunch with the group and continued. The music selection was perfect. They are fabulous.

I really pride myself in being fair so I will give you the positives and then the things they could work on. The booking and contract signing plus email communication with Adriana was excellent! They even sent a reminder email which was a nice touch. Naturally, I really felt I was in good hands, and that everything was going to go as planned. We booked them to play for 2 hours and we were excited! Their music and playing were pretty good too! Unfortunately on the day of our parents' 50th Anniversary, they called at 2:15 to say that they were running late due to accident/traffic (I don't know about you but if it's a good business, they will leave early enough to anticipate any type of traffic). Plus, that is not our concern. Our concern is that the business upholds its end of the contract. Then, we called them at 3:12 (we booked them for 3pm-5pm) and they said they were going to be 7 more minutes late. In all reality, they got there super close to 3:30. Then, I assumed they would stay past 5 to make up for the time lost (which is what any decent business would do). Nope! Not them. They left right at 5 and only wanted to refund us 4 minutes worth ($25, which he venmo'd me and I returned) after admitting that they were late 15 minutes. The point isn't the money, it's the principle of doing good and honest business. Also, don't argue with the customer, Daniel, about the times. Business 101, customer satisfaction is key! I have proof from my pictures, family members that saw you coming in at 3:30, and video footage of the time. It's just so sad that you would lie to not have to reimburse me. If you decide to go with this trio please don't give them their total payment if they are late. And/or do your best to make it clear how they will make up the lost time. I know this is what I regret not doing but I shouldn't have to worry about these things during a celebration. They are supposed to be providing great service so that we can sit back and enjoy!

My girlfriend and I wanted to have Mariachi music as a surprise in our housewarming party, and we just couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We had the pleasure of listening to Mariachi Trio Sol de America for one hour and our guests were amazed with their talent and fun music. You can't go wrong in selecting this group for your event. They were very professional, on time, very entertaining, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire them again. These gentlemen came highly recommended by my cousin, who hired them at her own wedding. I contacted them via their website and spoke with Mary. The entire experience was very professional and warm, a testament to Mary's great personality. The day of the wedding, these gentlemen put their best foot forward and exceeded expectations. Played very well and flattered us with a performance while at our sweetheart table. They were very much appreciated by the rest of our guests who enjoyed them at the cocktail hour and during our dinner.
