I booked this place on August 15th to attend a convention because it was away from downtown where traveling wouldn't be an issue. The real issue was with their staff, poor management, and mannerisms. A friend of mine and I were staying two rooms from one another while someone occupied the room between us. We had checked in and heard loud noises all afternoon, but we went to the convention and didn't stay in our rooms for more than thirty minutes. We both got back past 9pm and the room between us was still loud. I waited till after 10pm at least to see if the loud music would settle down, but no it didn't. I had complained to the front desk and they said they'll "check in" on it. An hour goes by and noise is still loud in the room and I went back to receptionist and all I got was that they called the room and police for a noise complaint and they will check it out. After the music finally dies down around 11:15pm, the couple start arguing and bodies thrown against the wall and doors were slamming. I had gone down to front office because I was not safe and I noticed the police were there. I had asked if they are for the room complaint and they responded no. My friend was on speaker and said they were fighting and asked me to ask the San Jose Police Department to check out the situation and the officer said "you need to call the police and report it." I asked, "but can't you guys also just check in?" The officer said "sir you need to report it as we cannot drop everything to attend to your problems and if they are so severe then call the police. We are handling other important things and cannot attend to your safety." What started as a noise complaint quickly because a domestic violence issue that the officers and staff were neglecting. I was upset towards the location and management I checked out and asked for a refund. Unfortunately due to policies I wasn't granted a refunded because it had been after an hour from reservation. I asked for a manager and they said call in within the next few days or arrive at location. Few days go by and I called for manager, but they said there is none and they check different locations. Now I am still demanding a refund and still never talked to any management. I attempted the following week and whoever picked up the phone did not care and said "you'll never hear from a manager because there is none as they check other motel locations so go f*ck yourself!" DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION! Do not book this location with any travel website at all. It has been about a month and still nothing has been resolved. DO NOT book with Hotels.com because they won't do anything about a refund either. This Super 8/Motel 6 partnership is a joke and staff clearly have no respect for anyone.

This place has roaches, running around like the bathroom is their domain. I had just got out of the hospital and needed a room with a bottom room and they charged us 114 each night with taxes. The room had two beds as requested but the room e remedy small, not convenient for two plus size people. The Landry change did happen until the next night, so we had no clean towels until then. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. Search around and do your best in choosing a budget motel. I realize there may have been a upcharge from the bottom rooms but this definitely was not a good experience.

Ok, I get it! It's a motel 6... but we paid for a motel and it should have been better than this. Checking in the man was rude af. Didn't give us any directions to the room or where to park. Got irritated when we asked. While we were checking in, other guest came in with broken remotes and other complaints (should have left then) when we got to the room the fragrance was very strong...like a strong cleaner or deodorizer or something. Room size is smallish. I didn't get a picture of the room before we put our stuff everywhere but very plain and basic... DIRTY. See pictures. I mean for real... I sat down in the chair and looked at the wall and omg! Bloody booger! Than we start looking around and stuff is everywhere. I knew the guy at front desk wasn't going to do anything about it and the hotel was full. Than the neighbors started... loud... smoking weed. Up all night... we didn't sleep. I did check the mattress and didn't see anything or I would have freaked. But seriously if you can avoid staying here than do. It's not worth it even if it is cheap. Walls are paper thin you hear EVERYTHING!!! It only lets me post 20 pics

About what you'd expect (or should expect) when the prices are this low by comparison. Almost 4 stars even with that in mind. No problem with the luke warm office guy, neither rude nor friendly, and no his name wasn't Luke, or Warm for that matter, just Meh (that's Mr. Meh to you). No frills room as expected, but it was clean. The main issue costing the 4th star? I was put on the side of the facility where there is no parking. No parking you say? Yes, that's what I said. But why? You may ask. Well, seems it's blocked off so a landscaping company can park its trucks there at night. So, what's the big deal about that? You ask. Well, I'll tell you. These trucks, several of them towing those shredder things, need to be backed in with a screaming (no, not yelling, screaming) backer upper person yelling (screaming) over their very loud beeping backup alarms (the ones on the trucks in case that's not obvious). This went on for just over an hour. Want more? OK. Well, once the screaming and beeping were over, the crew (I assume anywhere from 5 to 7 or 8 of them), hung out to kibbitz (I believe that's Yiddish, no, they weren't speaking Yiddish) at a frantic volume. It wouldn't matter which language, just that the banter was almost louder than the chaotic parking adventure. Luckily (ha), I was on the upstairs level, and to be fair, this all took place around 6 PM, but, so what, it was horrible. The bland TV show I would never be watching any other time ever was cranked up to eleventeen and I still had to read their lips when I could see them (the lips on the TV, not those of the banterers). So, to repeat, overall, not a bad deal if the screaming beeping bantering hadn't taken place right below my room. Also, it was just an overnight so no comment on other available accoutrements. Just don't take a room on that 5th circle of hell side of the compound. Oh, and if you plan on doing things like, shower, sneeze, wash your hair, etc., best bring stuff for that, cuz there ain't nuttin' there for that, except a towel.

I wish I rate the rooms never had a chance I understand the ID Policy however front desk refused to give me a room with out a physical ID not true. yes you must have a goverment Issued ID but not physical, accorning to consumer Protection Chapter 9.23 9.25.050 states Renting of hotel rooms. The operator of a hotel shall not rent a room without verifying the identification of the registering guest. Verification of identification (e.g., driver's license number) shall be recorded by the operator in the records required by and maintained pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 1818, Added, 02/10/2009) never does it say Physical and what about traveling from another country Passport i had a US Goverment picture ID. front desk needs training seems they only want hispanics working their but not staying. yes i'm hispanic "Mexican" I was lucky that Expedia gave me a refund

Worst Motel 6 I've stayed at! Between the hot water not working in 2 groups of rooms, the VERY THIN walls, the ice machine not working, the dryer only drying about half my clothes for 45 minutes and having to spend more money somewhere else to dry them, my room phone not working, and the smoke alarm going off when i was taking a shower and kept going off after the room was cold enough. I basically wasted my money. I would not ever stay here again!!!

Probably one of the worst things that could happen happened to me today. Woke up and found out it's no more 2 beds so I had to check out not sleeping in bed with another man. So I was able to stay and wait out my options at motel6 per Martha and Elizabeth. Then good karma rolled around as I sat trying to book a room and Uber. Someone cancelled 2 beds and I immediately jumped on it staff was honest and real helpful thanks jr, Juan, Fernando, Elizabeth, Martha , Tim I believe. All 5 star service even when it's seen bad. On my way to offic to book a room now. Things are great and rather stay here then test out a new motel.
