The pho broth here is legit! The dining area has been renovated and is so much brighter and modernized. The service is very good! The lady is friendly! I'll be back!

This Vietnamese spot is under new management and new chefs. I believe it was called Pho Cuong 2 but now it's called N Pho. I'm sad to say it's no longer good. The food was abysmal. I miss the older lady and gentleman who used to run this spot. They made good comforting food and their pho tasted way better. When I walked into what I thought was still Pho Cuong 2, I was pleasantly surprised by the interior makeover. The decor was completely updated and it looked better. I thought the old couple had renovated the place. But then i noticed new servers and front of house staff and also the name change on the menu. I thought nothing of it and went ahead and ordered a couple of dishes to see if they still retained the same flavor, but to my dismay, the pho was too salty and the flavor of the broth was lacking, the Hainanese chicken was super chewy and still had long strands of hair/feathers on it and the orange juice was sugary AF. If you're messing up a simple OJ, you're doing something wrong. Overall the food was just depressingly underwhelming. I recommend going a little further down the road by the VTA station and eating some quality Vietnamese food at Pho Tay Do or Pho San Jose. But honestly I hope the new restaurant owners step it up and serve better food. In this day and economy, it's hard enough for businesses to survive. And also step up on your service. This is a customer centric business so do better or risk losing your customers and eventually your business.

First time impression/trying - Came out for lunch with the family today. Conveniently right next to my usual salon. Off the bat, service was terrible, plain and simple. Our table made a lot of customizations to our dishes, which were taken note of when our orders were being taken, but were not followed through at all when the dishes were brought out. Lots of mess ups, bringing things out slowly (like 2-3 bowls per round instead of all at once) leading to some of us finishing before the others. And honestly just very slow to take our order in general. We had one guest arrive late, and she pretty much had to order up at the register to be noticed. Aside from that, I wasn't feeling a Pho mood so I decided to go with Hu Tieu (seafood style, dry). They brought it out with soup at first, which I had to ask to send back. Once I got to try the actual bowl itself when brought out correctly, it was terrible and there was honestly a lack of any flavor. The sauce wasn't great and almost non-existent. Even the toppings tasted off, especially the imitation crab and the squid. Wouldn't recommend or come back again.

I was looking for some comforting pho and decided to stop in. #1 Pho Tai, Chin, Nam, Gan, Sach: Filet beef, well done beef, tendon & tripe served w/regular or fresh rice noodle. I missed this the other time I was here but you have to try their pickled garlic cloves. OMG! They are so delicious and a MUST TRY!!!

I always see this pho place by 7 Leaves and decided to stop by. It was empty and the inside looked real nice. The food was not a hit for me. I love enjoying the broth first and it had no real taste to it. Spring rolls were okay. I will be back because it may had been the day and I want to give it another try.

Pho place took over Pho Cuong. Newly remodeled and nice with bright lights! Service to take our order was quick but food took a bit to come out. First time we both got pho but this time around we got pho and opted to try their BBH. Definitely pass on the BBH here. It was a bit bland, not spicy enough. Their pho is pretty good imo and huge plus for the pickled garlic left at each table for you to add to your dish! It's not the best but good smd convenient because it's close by.

I recently noticed that Pho Cuong was now N Pho. Not sure if it's a change in ownership, but I can say with certainty that the place had a face lift with the name change. The place looked brighter and roomier with its new layout. Overall service was fine. I did find that my vermicelli bowl took longer to come out compared to customers who ordered pho after me. When I saw my dish come out, I could see that it was made with love. I ordered my go-to Vietnamese dish, a vermicelli bowl with chicken. I was expecting a lemongrass to the chicken as most places do, but the marinade/seasoning was not that. Can't put my finger on what they used, but it was a stark contrast to the sweet fish sauce. Other than that, the bowl was loaded with veggies and chicken. They especially did not skimp on the protein. Looking forward to trying their pho during the colder seasons.

This restaurant was previously Pho Cuong 2. I came across N Pho because I was looking for another Pho restaurant close by to me since the one I love is turning into a different restaurant with a new owner. So I wanted to give this spot a try... I'm very picky with pho especially with price increases at all restaurants, I want to make sure that I'm eating and spending money at a place that I enjoy. I'm so happy that I tried this spot out because it's now my go to spot! I finished all of my pho and it's rare for me to finish even a small in one sitting... It's that good! I've only been to 3 pho restaurants that I've finished their pho in one sitting. So that's definitely a complement! It hits all my must for a pho restaurant: Temperature of pho, flavor of pho, noodles texture, noodles to meat ratio and extra condiments on the table. #6 Pho: Steak, Flank, Tendon: - The broth was HOT (temperature wise) which is perfect! I'm so happy because I dislike when pho spots have luke warm broth. Super flavorful too! I dislike when all I can taste is the cinnamon in the broth... I like broths that all the flavors blends in instead of one ingredient standing out. Their broth was yummy and piping hot! - Generous amount of meat (Perfect meat to noodles ratio). I dislike when pho spots gives so much noodles but not enough meat. - The noodles has the perfect chew and bounce! Perfection, especially with their soup being hot. My noodles were perfect and not over cooked. - They have culantro (Yes, culantro... Not cilantro... Google it lol) which only few pho places serve with the veggies for the pho. I love the flavor that it gives to the pho. I like putting them in with the basil while the phonis still super hot so the flavor simmers in. SO GOOD! - Pickled Garlic & Special chili paste blend on the table... Omg I ate garlic with each bite. On my sauce plate, I added the pickled garlic, a little fish sauce and their chil blend paste and it was SO SO GOOD! Their chili paste is different.. to me it's a tad smokey. It's not like the usual satay or chili paste. IT'S DIFFERENT, BUT IN A GOOD WAY! Don't be shyyyyy.... Come and try this spot out! I definitely want to try their rice plates too. I'll be back! I hope that their business flourish because I love their pho so much!

This restaurant took over what used to be Pho Cuong 2. The place has been completely remodeled and the interior is a lot nicer than how it looked as Pho Cuong 2. The pho broth is just OK in my opinion, but their portion sizes are pretty decent for the price. The owner and employees are very kind and the service is good. I would come back again :)

Mediocre, their pho portions were small. The service was meh, the guy wasn't really even paying attention when we walked in so we seated ourselves. BBH was sweet and small portions too. Would skip this place.
