Do not pls I beg you use this Company. The owner Loreto is extremely rude and called me to cussed at me for complaining about his coworkers in the Philippines. My shipment was picked up on March 11th and till now (June 18,2021) still nowhere to be found. I had been his customers for years and my family but said he does not need our service for complaining about his employees. WtF? I am now filing a lawsuit against them so they can get what they deserve so they won't be doing the same thing to others. This is a scammer that needs to be out of business!!!

Don't ever use this company to send boxes to your family! We sent total of 5 boxes and only got 4 boxes. My dad packed everything so he knows how the box looks like inside. When he opened the box it looks messy inside and looked like they had opened it. Lorenzo is the contact person and he never answered my mom's call. We talked to our friends that had used this courier and they are having the same problem and he also doesn't answer their call. I have a second line with the same area code as his and he picked up my call. So unprofessional and very disappointing. I understand that it's not his fault it's the people form the Philippines, but with all the complaints I just hope he can do something about it.

I just want to give u guys an update. My family sent me a message to let me know that they received the package and also complete., but I'm not gonna use this company anymore because it took them 4 months to deliver the package. My friend told me "maybe because Duterte is now the President of the Philippines that's why they delivered your package". Please use other company because I asked my friends that send package to other companies and it took only 30 days. These are the company that they used. 3 of my friends and they don't know each other. (LBC, STAR CARGO, ATLAS).

WARNING !!!! Please do not send your boxees through this company. I sent a 24x24 box to my family with medicines, vitamins, food and special needs. The box took 3 months to get there and when it arrived more than half of the items were missing. all the hard work, time and money GONE. The owner, Loreto and assistant Robert, said "I'm not responsible we will not pay for it and you can sue us." I pray this does not happen to anyone else. This company are crooks.
