My favorite coffee shop ever. These guys really get me! Place your order "for here if you can." It makes a huge difference. In addition to the lively Studio Ghibli music they play most days, the full experience and presentation is way better in the store. Watch your coffee drip-brew, then open the lid and mix it the way you want with your amazingly flavored, decadent cream of your choice and as ice or drink warm. Everything you need for the perfect cup of coffee is in the tray, with a few biscotti on the side. We also tried a few of their snack items and we enjoyed them, you. We were visiting the area, but we came here every day we were here and enjoyed everything we ordered. Egg coffees are very rich. They give you a "less sweet" option that is plenty sweet for me. They also have teas, matchas, and delicious smoothies. Options range from savory (ube, sesame, rose, avacado) to sweet (strawberry, coconut, etc.). The staff is very friendly, and we waited a few minutes for our order but it was oh so worth it!

Such a great new spot to study, work, or catch up with friends! The café is spacious, cozy, and easy to find -- plus there's plenty of parking. They serve some amazing Vietnamese-style specialty drinks -- from creamy egg coffee to fragrant pandan and ube lattes, and even salted coffee for something unique. It was late afternoon, so we opted for something fun and unique such as the sesame rose Matcha (7/10) and a corn latte (7/10). They were both adjusted to half sweet and it was perfect for us! I think the corn latte would have been even better with some kind of a cold foam on top. There's also a small menu of bánh mì sandwiches and snacks, perfect if you're planning to stay a while. Definitely a hidden gem for coffee lovers and students alike -- especially with their seasonal drinks rolling out now!

Been here a handful of times and their drinks never miss! The Egg coffee is our go-to. The pandan matcha is good, too. The pandan waffle is just ok. Service is always efficient and the wait is never too long. Parking is semi-easy. Indoor seating is ample and usually quite clean. Would recommend!

Omg such a cute cafe!! Plenty of seating indoors to study and chat. Very clean and pleasant inside. Service is quick as well. I got the egg coffee and it was okay! The coffee was lighter than what I expected out of viet coffee but that was perfect for me. I did feel like the egg was a little too eggy. They seem to have food options as well so I'd love to try that next time. Downside is that it does seem pretty pricey in my opinion.

Solid vietnamese coffee but still wouldn't be my top choice in the bay. The egg coffee was great. The egg too was not too sweet and consistency was perfect. For the vietnamese coffee itself, I think I prefer Tram because it seems stronger/richer. Matcha here is alright. I wouldn't get it again. Good amount of seating instead but mostly for parties of 2. You can order online! Service is quick. There are three locations in total. This one does not have toppings for their drinks :(

I would give this place 4.5/5, not 5/5 bc the chicken bahn mi was abysmal. Firstly, the ambiance is so nice. Feels new, clean, and well air conditioned. There r plenty of seats inside and saw some people studying/working. They come to take ur order right away. I got the banana matcha less sweet and the #1 bahn mi (with pate and mixed meat) i had a feeling my usual chicken order wouldnt be as good. Friend also ordered the chicken bahn mi and Americano. Americano was 5/5 made it extra hot but the chicken bahn mi the chicken was not good, he said it tasted old for me it didnt have flavor and tasted not fresh. My banana matcha was so good. Smooth and delicious and not bitter at all. My bahn mi was pretty yummy. Im not a big fan of pate and the mixed meats but if was good and we both loved the fresh bread. Would recommend to check out!

Stopped in after running some errands. There's a parking lot outside which makes parking easy. This looks like a cool place to get work done. There were a lot of people studying and catching up with people. I was only expecting them to serve drinks but they actually serve sandwiches and other food. Combination banh mi: 2/5, The sandwich was a lot drier than I expected. I even asked for extra pate but they didn't put too much. The bread was still crunchy and there was an okay amount of meat. Banana matcha: 3/5, I wanted to like this one more but it was just okay. The banana is more of a milk instead of a cream. The matcha itself had a more grassy and bitter taste. I think I'm used to matcha tasting a little sweeter. Overall, I would come back to try their other drinks but I would pass on the sandwich

I'm glad such a wonderful "hang out" cafe has opened up nearby. Apparently they have been opened since Feb of this year (2025). I do come to the Safeway in this shopping center every now and then but I suppose I don't come around this corner much. I got The Phin Coffee. This is the typical Vietnamese style drip coffee where you gotta have a bit of patience for the dripping before enjoying before being able to enjoy. Great for my occasion since I intended to do some stuff on my laptop here. This is only available in-store. The staff was attentive enough to make sure I had a table as I ordered this and also called someone over to clean up the one table that was open for me. The coffee comes with some biscotti and a choice of topping which I got "egg" flavor. It's sort of a custardy cream. TBH, I wasn't really sure how to consume it so I just poured most of it into my coffee and left a bit to dip my biscotti with. All in all, quite an enjoyable treat. I also got a BBQ pork banh mi. Pretty good. Bread tasted fresh and was nicely toasted and soft on the inside. I ended up hanging out in the cafe for about 1.5 hours and it's been pretty much full the entire time. Probably over half the tables have folks with their laptops and the other half with people chatting. Highly recommend!

Well if it's not the bougie coffee addict trying to excuse her Phin coffee budget. AHEM. So, it might be apparent that I am slightly obsessed with this place. There's an extensive menu, and I am attempting to try EVERYTHING on it. I even ventured out and got a durian coffee! That's commitment to trying new things. And it's not often I get a drink that doesn't hit me with a punch of pleasure...but occasionally it happens. And occasionally, I do get pretty mid customer service for the price tag that accompanies these beverages. I loved the sticky rice box, until the price recently jumped up a few dollars. I mean, I get it, food prices are rising. And who doesn't love a freshly baked pandan waffle? But it's the sometimes inconsistent attention to customers: like allowing me to retrieve an order that was placed earlier in the day, when an emergency prevented me from grabbing it until the evening. That pandan waffle and iced white matcha with addded shots and toppings didn't really hit the same after sitting in the fridge all day. But for the faces I see consistently, I always get prompt, friendly service. And perfect drinks. So the dilemma. How do you rate inconsistent service? Here's my attempt to do just that, I'd place this at 3.5 stars. Rounding up...because my first month of visits were FLAWLESS.

so at first i felt like it was not bad even banh mi n snacks were pretty good! forgot to take pix of the banh mi. however, my pandan drink had a weird aftertaste from the pandan cream??? prolly will try other drinks to see if thats the case.
