Pho Nhat Minh is a total gem for Vietnamese comfort food lovers! I stopped in recently and was absolutely blown away by the flavors. The Wagyu pho was next-level. Rich, savory broth with melt-in-your-mouth beef that felt indulgent without being heavy. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause after the first bite and just say, "Wow." I also tried the bun bo hue, and it was equally amazing. Spicy, aromatic, and packed with depth, it had just the right amount of heat and a beautiful balance of lemongrass and chili. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were generous and fresh. The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. You can tell they care about the food and the experience. Whether you're a pho enthusiast or just looking to explore Vietnamese cuisine, Pho Nhat Minh is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back soon.

This spots pretty good. Kinda left out since it's right next to the new little Saigon Plaza. Nice and clean inside, brightly lit. No over loud viet music blasting. Not sure if it's because it's new or they keep it nice and clean but I like it. Tried the number 1, their wagyu pho, pho ga (chicken), and the regular spring rolls. #1 was really good. Decent amount of meat and a big chunk of tendon. The wagyu one I'm unsure, since it wasn't my dish. So they could've left the meat in too long but it tasted just the same as regular rare steak. It does come with a boil stone bowl and a plate of the meat in the side for you to add. Maybe if it was don't like shabu shabu and swished for a few secs it'd taste better. But it does seem like you are suppose to just dump everything into the soup and eat. Pho ga I didn't try but people I was with had no complaints. Rolls were good, can't really mess those up too badly. Would definitely want to try their other stuff next time.

Wow wow so so good!!!! I got the wagyu pho which is served with a bubbling pot of broth with meat and noodles on the side. Adding the wagyu definitely elevates the broth and gives it even more beefiness and richness. I loveeee that the broth stayed hot through the whole meal. One of the best pho I've had but also the most expensive I've paid for. The free thai tea with the meal made it seem even more worth it though (free drink lunch special). Service was standard and food came out fairly quickly. Place itself is casual with plenty of seating. Overall, great spot and I want to be back soon!

Enjoyed our dinner of waygu beef pho here. Service was prompt and space is spacious. They had a deal for free thai tea or viet coffee so took those to go. The thai tea was good but the viet coffee was sol sweet and mocha-y for me. The boiling pho came out and ur suppose to put all ur beef in it first so it cooks before it stops boiling. U need to be careful to wait for it to cool down bc i burned my tongue. I enjoyed the pho and beef and the boiling pot experience! Also ordered egg rolls and they were fresh and crispy. Would come back if i was craving this!

Solid spot for pho, especially considering it's the only pho restaurant in this plaza, so not much competition. Their wagyu pho is one of their specialties, so I ordered that. It holds its heat well throughout the meal, so no need to worry about it being cool down mid way. They had free drinks for promo, so you can choose either a soda, Thai tea, or iced coffee. I also ordered their rare steak/meatball pho and their own version of pho (pho nhat minh). Both were good as well. They had a fair amount of customers inside when I went for lunch. I will say that their service can be a bit slow with delivering the drinks.

Service was slow. The broth tastes ok but it seems like the flavor comes from sugar and MSG rather than the bone. The meat is also just ok, nothing special about it.

Wagyu beef stone hot pot #2 ($21.99)! Say no more! This caught my eye as broth comes out in a sizzling HOTTTT stone pot, bowl of noodles (fresh or regular thin noodles), a plate of slice wagyu and dish of fresh basil, beansprouts, jalapenos, and lemon. I also like how they don't charge you more for fresh noodles as I know some other pho places do. The plate had a generous amounts of wagyu and it was fun to dip it in the mouth watering sizzling pot. You do have to dip it right away so it can cook or else the pot will cool down and you'll just end up with slightly chewy raw meat. I ended up slurping the broth! It was that tasty! We also ordered #1 ($18.49), which was the Pho Nhat Minh that had a little bit of everything in it. The bowl was filled to the top with different slices of meats, and broth was delicious. They have a promotion now for a free drink: coffee, thai tea, or soda. This was good because after sweating trying to eat my pho, I needed a cool me down. We got the thai tea and it was refreshing and not too sweet! The restaurant is very clean inside. I like how the chopsticks have a wrapper and the service was great. They only serve pho or bun bo hue soups, and appetizers which we will most definitely come back to try!

so so good! Had to come back to try this and left grateful for such a tasty, filling meal! There was also a promotion at the time for a free drink, such a generous treat :) the service continues to be so attentive and wonderful! Not crowded the times I've been, but I love the music they play in the restaurant:)

Came by for dinner the other night and it was a quick and easy experience. Parking was plentiful in the private lot although there were derelicts hanging out in the strip mall. The Gen Z front of the house staff wore an apron and loose nitrile gloves. Ordered the bun bo hue with Oxtail and it came out within minutes. Interestingly, the restaurant was quite warm as the A/C wasn't turned on and the doors were closed. The bun Bo Hue itself was a big bowl of soup with some noodles, a couple pieces of pretty hard to chew oxtails, along with a few pieces each of meat loaf, pork, and tendons. The restaurant is offering a grand opening special with a free Thai tea, free iced coffee or free soda. They do offer a 3.8% discount for paying in cash $25/head after tax and gratuity for dinner Updating to 3 stars as I was super thristy that night after having this...maybe due to msg?

Hands down the best BEEF pho in town. The seafood and chicken pho are still solid options if you are in the mood for something different. Their goi cuon is unique, because instead of mint, they use Thai basil (which I personally a huge fan of) and their peanuts sauce is BOMBBBBB! You can see I took a bite out of it before taking a photo because I couldn't wait lol As much as I want to write a whole novel for my love for this spot, I'd recommend just giving them a shot. The food speaks for itself.
