Hands down the best Birthday party destination for your kid and their friends! After researching a lot we settled on Pixels and couldn't have been happier with our choice. From every single email to msg to coordinating everything, it was all done seamlessly. We did a glow in the dark slime party and my son and his friends loved picking the glow colors of their choice and started making their slime. The pixel team were such great coordinators and each and every child listened to all the instructions they were given. After enjoying the slime activity, they promptly arranged the table for food and the kids got on with that right away. We did cake after and I loved that birthday child had a stool to stand on (such a minor but imp detail that made all the diff). After everyone enjoyed some food and cake, the team brought out the cotton candy machine which was such a hit! It was the first time for some kids and every child loved it. This was then followed by a glow in the dark dance party with a fog machine.. what an amazing end to the party.. because after enjoying that much sugar, the kids needed to release all their energy via some cool dance moves. The pixel team coordinated everything so so so very well that as parents we didn't have to worry about anything.. the kids enjoyed their party while the parents could chat and enjoy adult company :) I also liked that Pixels had a lot of flexibility in terms of what food you could bring from outside, decoration, set up etc. a lot of places limit these things and that makes it harder for everyone but this was straightforward and very convenient. I would recommend Pixels anyday to all of my family and friends. My friends enjoyed it so much, I am sure they are coming back for more :) Thank you Pixels team.. great job indeed!

We just celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday at Pixels, and although it was a bit of a drive from home, I couldn't be happier with the choice! The owners, Mai and Joe, are incredibly easy to work with and offer so many thoughtful add-ons that make party planning a breeze. We chose the glow-in-the-dark paint party, which was such a unique and fun experience. The dance party and "keepy uppy" game at the end were a huge hit with the kids! We also added the glow bar, which doubled as a fun photo backdrop, and ordered party favors through them -- they were beautifully packaged and perfect for our little guests. The cotton candy was another crowd-pleaser! The space is nicely decorated and full of cute touches -- there was even a small personalized sign that said "Happy 5th Birthday Allie," which made it feel extra special. They also have a grassy backdrop that's perfect for photo ops, which made capturing memories easy and fun. Mai, who used to be a kindergarten teacher, was amazing with the kids -- so patient, kind, and engaging. Everyone had a wonderful time, and they truly helped create a special and unforgettable memory for the birthday girl and her friends! Thank you Pixels!

This place is both a paint atelier as well as a video game place for kids. Kinda weird as a combination. But if you think of them as two separate offerings at the same address, it makes a lot more sense. We went there for a bd party for 10 yo boys (the video game part). And they seemed to have a blast!

We came in on a Sunday early evening for a friend's son's birthday party. Pixels is located in a nice small plaza area in south San Jose off Monterey Road. Parking is easy and accessible in the plaza parking lot. As soon as we walked in I was blown away seeing all the multiple activities that was being offered for the kids. There was a private gaming room in the back with several TVs mounted on the wall and a foosball. In the front room there was an area with tables and mini easels for the kids to do a Pikachu painting tutorial. There was even a cotton candy machine for everyone. The kid friendly party atmosphere was very lively and energetic. There was music blasting out loud while food and alcohol/ soda/ kids drinks were provided by our party host friend. It was also nice to see previous art work on display on the shelves and walls. We met the owner and she was very friendly and accommodating. Her and her husband were really good with the kids. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Pixels. It's a great spot to host a fun party.

We just attended a birthday party here at Pixels and it was a great experience. It was a two hour party. They had to lights off with black lights, so all the colors shined. They started off with the painting portion of the party. The instructor was just fantastic. She easily and passionately taught the kids each step of their painting. After painting, the kids ate pizza (provided by the family of the birthday girls), then they had cake. After was some cotton candy from their cotton candy machine and finally a dance party. The team of Pixels was well organized and kept the party flowing. Our kids had a blast.

We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Pixels with the glow-in-the-dark paint and dance party. It was a hit. The kids had so much fun painting, dancing, and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. My daughter couldn't pick a favorite part--she loved everything about it. The venue is very accommodating. They let you bring your own additional decorations, food, and drinks (including adult beverages). We ordered pizza from the restaurant next door, and they delivered it fresh once with was ready. Everything was easy, fun, and stress-free. Highly recommend Pixels to anyone looking for a memorable party experience.

Hidden gem in San Jose! This is a one-stop shop! The owners really thought of everything for your planning needs. The venue is nicely decorated. They have an sitting area for adults, the main area for the kids, as well as the video game area. There is space for all of your needs, foods, drinks (mini fridge), cake/main table, gifts ... everything! If the venue doesn't impress you, just know the owners are AMAZING at what they do. They really do make a great team. Mai is a teacher and is able to engage really well with the children. Both really strive to make the experiences for both parent and children superb! Every child and parent at the party raved about what fun they had! And to make things even easier, they have a pizza spot, right next door as well as Starbucks! Hands down ... 1000% recommend this venue!

Celebrated a glow in the dark paint party at Pixels yesterday for my daughter's 10th and would definitely recommend. Mai and her husband are excellent at guiding the kids thorugh the lesson and ensuring they have a blast throughout. They are also super helpful with other aspects of the party- arranging and helping to hand out food, make custom digital banners as requested , etc. They are very responsive and easy to work with via email to help get any questions answered.

Great packages. Mai was great host and great with kids. Everyone here were nice as well. Recommend is glow in the dark. It's a must. My kid and her visitors had great fun painting, eating and dancing and cotton candy!!!! You haven't to try PIXELS

Threw my 9 year old son a gaming party here and it was executed flawlessly. The team was great with communication, helping set up and clean up, and helping run the party as well. The facility is great and everyone had a wonderful time. 10/10 would recommend!
